اســامة عثمان اسماعيل موسى2022-10-102022-10-102022http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/17582بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الدكتوراة في إدارة الأعمال DBAالمستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور المسؤولية بابعادها المختلفة (الخدمات التنموية، الخدمات التعليمية، الخدمات الصحية، الخدمات الثقافية) في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. مشكلة الدراسة اتضح من خلال الدراسة الإستكشافية التي قام بها الباحث لحالة الدراسة تبين ضعف دور المسئولية الإجتماعية بجوانبها المختلفة (التنموية والخدمية والصحية والثقافية) لدى بنك أم درمان الوطني في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وطرح الباحث السؤال التالي: ما هو دور المسؤولية الإجتماعية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في بنك أمدرمان الوطني؟. اختبرت الدراسة الفروض الرئيسي التالي: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين المسؤولية الإجتماعية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني وتتفرع منه الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الخدمات التنموية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الخدمات التعليمية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الخدمات الصحية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الخدمات الثقافية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، واعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاحصائي. توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج من أهمها، الخدمات التنموية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني لها دور ضعيف في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال إرتباط طردي ضعيف، يعاني بنك أمدرمان الوطني من ضعف تمويل البنك للعلماء والأساتذة، كما يعاني من ضعف دعم برامج البحث العلمي المتقدم، ان بنك أمدرمان الوطني لا يولى الإهتمام بالخدمات الصحية بالقدر الكافي ويعاني من ضعف دعم البنك لحملات النظافة. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمهما: تعزيز الإهتمام بالخدمات التنموية حتى يكون لها دور في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني، ضرورة ان يدعم بنك أمدرمان الوطني برامج البحث العلمي المتقدم، ومنح المزيد من التمويل للبحوث العلمية والدراسات الجامعية، تعزيز الإهتمام بالخدمات الصحية من خلال دعم بنك أمدرمان الوطني حملات النظافة، وحملات التطعيم. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of responsibility in its various dimensions (developmental services, educational services, health services, cultural services) in achieving competitive advantage in Omdurman National Bank. The problem of the study became clear through the exploratory study carried out by the researcher for the case of the study showing the weak role of social responsibility in its various aspects (developmental, service, health and cultural) at Omdurman National Bank in achieving competitive advantage, and the researcher asked the following question: What is the role of social responsibility in achieving competitive advantage In Omdurman National Bank? The study tested the following main hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and achieving competitive advantage in Omdurman National Bank, and the following hypotheses are branched from it: There is a statistically significant relationship between development services and the achievement of competitive advantage, there is a statistically significant relationship between educational services and the achievement of competitive advantage, there is A statistically significant relationship between health services and achieving competitive advantage. There is a statistically significant relationship between cultural services and achieving competitive advantage. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method and the statistical method. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are, Omdurman National Bank’s development services have a weak role in achieving competitive advantage through a weak direct correlation. Omdurman National Bank suffers from weak bank funding for scholars and professors, and also suffers from weak support for advanced scientific research programs. Omdurman National Bank does not pay enough attention to health services and suffers from the bank's weak support for hygiene campaigns. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: enhancing interest in development services so that they have a role in achieving the competitive advantage in Omdurman National Bank, the necessity for Omdurman National Bank to support advanced scientific research programs, granting more funding for scientific research and university studies, enhancing interest in health services through Omdurman National Bank supported hygiene and vaccination campaigns.الميزة التنافسيةالمسؤولية الاجتماعيةThesis
