وفاء عبداللطيف سعيد فضل2017-11-062017-11-062016http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7295دراسة حالة مستشفى ابراهيم مالكالمستخلص يهدف النظام المقترح إلي إنشاء واجهة إلكترونية تفاعلية لمتابعة المرضي بأمستشفى ابراهيم مالك وذلك لمعالجة المشكلات التي يعانى منها النظام الحالي الذى اتضح به كثير من المشاكل وهى كالاتي : صعوبة في إدخال بيانات المرضي ومتابعة العلاج ومقابلة الاطباء حيث تتم هذه الاجراءات بطريقة يدوية بالإضافة الى حفظ الملفات الخاصة بالمرضي في دفاتر ورقية قابلة للضياع والفقدان. وفى هذا المشروع استخدمت الادوات البرمجية المتطورة لتحليل وتصميم النظام المقترح مثل مخططات تدفق البيانات والمخططات الانسيابية كما تم وضع دراسة جدوي متكاملة للنظام المقترح استخدمت لغة VisualBasic.net لتصميم واجهات النظام التي تساعد المريض والطبيب من إدخال سجلات المرضي. كما استخدم برنامج قاعدة البيانات الهيكلية MySQL في تصميم قاعدة بيانات النظام. خلص النظام إلي نتائج مهمة تتمثل في أن لغة V.B.net and MySQL) ) من أنسب اللغات لتصميم مثل هذه الأنظمة ، وقد توصل الباحث بضرورة تصميم النظام المقترح يوفر السرعة في ادخال بيانات المرضي وايضا استخراج التقارير الدورية التي تساعد ادارة المستشفى بمعرفة سير العمل كما دعم التقارير وزارة الصحة . ABSTRACTs This research inter active website to follow up patients at Ibrahim Malik teaching hospital is designed so as to address the problems plaguing the current system, which turned out to be a lot of problems, as follows: Difficulty in patient data entry and follow up interview doctors and treatment where these measures are in addition to a handy way to save files of patients in paper ledgers, subject to loss and loss. The researchers used a sophisticated software tools for the analysis and design of the proposed system such as data and charts flow schemes have been developed integrated study the feasibility of the proposed system. The researchers also used the language (MySQL and visual basic.net) to design and system interfaces, which helps the patient records, was used as the structural database software (MySQL) in the system database design . Among the most important findings of the researchers are that the proposed system, provides speed in the patient data entry and also extract periodic reports that help the hospital management to know the workflow system, as these reports support the ministry of Health.
