: مواهب النيل عبد اللطيف على2020-10-282020-10-282019http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16023بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة ماجستير العلوم فى إدارة الأعمالالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع دور نظم المعلومات الأدارية فى رفع كفاءة الأداء بالتطبيق على جامعة الرازي . هدفت الدراسة الى أبراز دور نظام المعلومات الأدارية فى رفع كفاءة الأداء والأثر فى عدم الأهتمام بها ، ثم التأكيد على على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية لنظام المعلومات الأدارية بصوره فعاله لتخدم أهداف الجامعة وتساعد الأداره العليا برفع كفاءة الأداء الأداري . تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة فى عدم التطبيق الصحيح لنظم المعلومات الأدارية ، مع عدم توفر الأجهزه وبعض البرامج المساعدة فى رفع كفاءة الأداء الأداري . تمثلت فروض الدراسة فى وجود علاقه ذات دلاله احصائية بين المام أدارة الجامعة بأهمية نظام المعلومات الادارية فى رفع كفاءة الأداء ، وجود نظام فعال للمعلومات الأدارية ، دور نظم المعلومات الادارية فى رفع كفاءة الأداء وبعض العوامل التي تؤثر على هذا الدور. تم التحليل بأستخدام برنامج الخدمة الأحصائية (SPSS ( وللتحقق من ثبات المقياس تم أستخدام معامل (Test Statistics) . توصلت الباحثه الى عدة نتائج : ﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﺒﻌﺽ ﻤﻅﺎﻫﺭﺍﻻﻨﺨﻔﺎﺽ فى أجهزة الحاسوب وعدم توفيرﺩﻟﻴل ﻟﻠﺤواسيب ﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﺜﺒﺎﺕ ﻭﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ المعلومات وﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ، ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﺹﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺸﺎﺭﻜﺔ العاملين ﻓﻲ ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻭﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭنظم المعلومات بالقسم ، قلة أو شبه أنعدم الدورات التدريبية للعاملين مع ﻋﺩﻡ ﻤﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﺘﻁﻭﻴﺭ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﻠﻴﻥ ﻤﻤﺎ ﻴﻨﻌﻜﺱ ﺴﻠﺒﺎﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺩﺭﺓ ﻭﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ كفاءة الأداء الأدار. تمثلت أهم التوصيات فى : يجب الأهتمام الجدي والواضح من قبل جامعة الرازي بنظم المعلومات الأدارية وأجراءاتها وتقنياتها الحديثة من أجهزه وبرامج وشبكات ربط داخلية وخارجية وأدارتها كونها أصبحت اليوم رأس المال الحقيقي والمنبع الأساس لمواردها فى ظل التحديات والتغيرات المستمره فى بيئة الأعمال لذلك يجب تشجيع البحث والتطوير فى هذا المجال ، ضرورة الأهتمام بتدريب العاملين بالجامعة بطريقة تمكنهم من متابعة التطورات التكنولوجية لتطوير العملية الأدارية وتسهيلها ، ضرورة إتباع الأساليب والوسائل العلمية والعملية فى نظام المعلومات الأدارية و أستخدم قواعد بيانات شاملة لأنشطتها حديثة ومواكبة للتطورات التكنولوجية. Abstract          The study addressed the topic of the role of management information systems in raising the efficiency of performance by applying to Elrazi University.     The study aimed to highlight the role of the management information system in raising the efficiency of performance and the impact on lack of attention to it, then emphasizing on keeping pace with technological developments of the management information system in an effective manner to serve the university's goals and help higher management to raise the efficiency of administrative performance.    The problem of the study was the lack of proper application of management information systems, with the lack of devices and some assistance programs in raising the efficiency of administrative performance.   The hypotheses of the study were the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the university administration and the importance of the administrative information system in raising the efficiency of performance, the existence of an effective management information system, the role of administrative information systems in raising the efficiency of performance and some factors that affect this role. The analysis was done using the SPSS program. To verify the stability of the scale, a Test Statistics parameter was used. The researcher reached several results: The existence of some skills in computers and the lack of a guide for computers to determine methods of establishing and processing information and operations, Not keen on the participation of workers in preparing and developing information systems in the department, Lack of or near lack of training courses for workers with no consideration for improving the performance of employees, which reflects negatively on the ability and effectiveness of management performance efficiency. The most important recommendations were: Serious and clear attention must be paid by Elrazi University to administrative information systems, procedures, and modern technologies from internal and external devices programs and networks, and their management, as today it has become the real capital and source of the foundation for its resources in light of the challenges and continuous changes in the business environment, therefore research and development in this field must be encouraged, The necessity of paying attention to training university employees in a way that enables them to follow technological developments to develop and facilitate the administrative process , The necessity of adopting scientific and practical methods and means in the management information system and using comprehensive databases for its recent activities and keeping pace with technological developments.نظم المعلومات الأداريةكفاءة الأداءThesis
