The major aim of thisistudy is to explain the importance of administrative organization on the performance of case study here fisal Islamic Bank” the research focus on many administrative problematic areas : *Administrative organization has its impact on the performance of the employees. Banking services marketing and financial performance work force of the bank mainly their perfonnance.. * The specialized administrative organization and Informal organization do effect on the performance of the employees. * The committees also has its impact on the decision making process. *The research has accepted the following hypotheses : 1. There is relation be between administrative organization and performance of the employees. 2. The specialized administrative organization has affect on the staffs perfonnance. 3. Administrative organization affect on marketing services that the bank provide to it's customers also the research fined out the bank has no marketing unite. ' 4. There is relation between administrative organization and fmancial performance. Recommendations : . 1. The bank should adopt specialized administrative units to have more efficient perfonnance. 2. The Bank should cut clear goals for the performance evaluation systems and to draw an objective measures for performance that is agreed upon. adopt training progr e based on the perfonnance evaluation and true meastiigs-H because they are the basis for any success. Pan more attention to individual’s qualifications and needs, the individual is the basis for success in any organization . The bank should create a marketing unit that carries out the planning and organizing marketing activities and control executing of such plans.
