The aim of the research is to identify the concepts related to the discretionary power of the administration and to indicate what are the mechanisms and means that aim to reduce the violations and abuses of the discretionary power of the administration. The problem of the research was the lack of accurate controls for the discretion of the administration. The research adopted the descriptive, analytical and comparative method. The research concluded many results, the most important of which are: The legislator grants the administration certain powers to perform its function and exercise its legal powers. The research recommended the need to find enough controls for the discretion of the administration to work on finding texts that enable it to issue appropriate administrative powers and decisions.السلطه التقديريهThesis
