رافد كاظم جوادالرشيد العوض محمد فضل2019-10-022019-10-022019-07-151858-62281858-6228http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/14739المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية في إطار اتفاقيات الجات وآثارها على الدول النامية. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة آثار سياسة تحرير التجارة الخارجية على الدول النامية بشكل عام. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليل والتأريخي المقارن، وذلك لطبيعة الدراسة بالرجوع إلى الكتب، خلصت إلى نتائج أهمها: تعتبر آثار تحرير التجارة الخارجية على الدول النامية سلبية خاصة في ظل المشاكل التي يعاني منها القطاعين الزراعي والصناعي في تلك الدول، ان آثار سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية في ظل اتفاقيات الجات على الدول النامية هي آثار مختلطة منها السلبي والإيجابي، غير أن اغلب الدارسين أكدوا أن الآثار السلبية مؤكدة. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة معرفة سياسة تحرير التجارة الخارجية في إطار النظام التجاري الإقليمي والمتعدد الأطراف، التعرف على مدى ملائمة سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية لواقع الدول النامية في ظل اتفاقية الجات. Abstract: The study dealt with the policy of liberalizing foreign trade within the framework of the GATT and its implications for developing countries. The study aimed at identifying the effects of the policy of liberalizing foreign trade on developing countries in general. The study followed the descriptive, analytical and historical comparative method, due to the nature of the study by reference to the books, the effects of liberalization of foreign trade on developing countries are negative especially in light of the problems experienced by the agricultural and industrial sectors in these countries. The effects of foreign trade liberalization policies under the GATT agreements on developing countries have mixed effects, negative and positive ones. Most of the students confirmed that the negative effects are certain. The study also recommended that the policy of liberalizing foreign trade within the framework of the regional and multilateral trading system should identify the extent to which foreign trade liberalization policies are compatible with the reality of developing countries under the GATT.التجارة الخارجيةArticle
