الشفيع علي الصديق الإمام2018-05-162018-05-162018http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/11942بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في الإقتصادالمستخلص جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان دور التأمين الإجتماعي في تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان دراسة حالة الصندوق القومي للتأمينات الاجتماعية (2000 – 2017م). ومايترتب علي إستثمارات تلك الاموال خلال تلك الفترة من نهضة وتنمية ليست للمنتفعين فقط . وأنما لسائر التنمية في السودان عموماً .وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة حول السؤال الرئيسي دور الصندوق القومي للتأمين الاجتماعي علي النشاط الاقتصادي والاسئلة التي تفرغت منه حول علاقة الصندوق القومي للتأمين الاجتماعي بالدخل وأيضاً علاقته بالاستثمار، وتناولت الدراسة أهمية التأمين الاجتماعي في حياتنا والأخطار التي يغطيها ، وأيضاً التعريف به. وهدفت الدراسة التي التعرف بالدور الذي يقوم به الصندوق القومي للتأمين الاجتماعي والاستثمارات التي قام بها الصندوق في إستثمار أموال المنتفعين . ومن الاهداف أيضاً الدور المستقبلي للصندوق في الفترة القادمة. وأفترضت الدراسة المشاكل التي تواجه الصندوق في إستثمار أموال العملاء والمشاكل الاقتصادية من تضخم وتدهور في العملة الوطنية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها زيادة رأس المال المستثمر والولوج في إستثمارات جديدة أكثر جرأة وأكثر أرباحاً. ومن التوصيات لتلك الصناديق مادياً وذلك لأرتباط معظم تلك الصناديق بسياسة الدولة الاستثمارية . Abstract The study comes under the title of the role of the national soul insurance fund in the economical activities during the period 2002- 2017, it is analyzing the consequences of investing on development, not only on the beneficiaries but also the development in sudan in general. The problem of the study evolves on the role of the fund there are and sub – questions as the relationships with the income and investment . The study considered the importance of social insurance in our lives, introducing the role it plays and the risks it covers.The study also aimed to recognize the role that the fund carries out and how it invests the beneficiaries to invest their money its future plans.The assumption of the study are that the fund have important economical impacts, while some of them have negative effects on the economy. Thus the social insurance faces many economical problems affect the economical signals as economic growth, sawing and investment. The study produced values results, such asm, the most important of them is the investment of the fund do not give the expected development because of inner and external reasons ,e.g, externalities. Those hindered the achievement of economical and social development. However, the impacts are to be of greater values in the coming years if it is actuated by good financial and investing plans. The study recommended raising capital invested and in order of getting new investments with more benefits to support these funds financially because they are linked to the country’s investment polices.التأمين الإجتماعي
