ايمان محمد احمد عيسي2022-09-272022-09-272019http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/17532المستخلص تعد التقنيات الحديثة في مراكز المعلومات الأداة المساعدة في الخدمات أحد معطليات التقنية المرتكزة على الابتكارات الحديثة من أجهزة وآلات تهدف التحقيق الدقة والسرعة وتوفير الجهد البشري في أداء العمل بالمكتبات ومراكز المعلومات. وتأتي هذه الدراسة وللكشف عن الخدمات وتسليط الضوء على التقنبيات الحديثة وتطبقاتها المستخدمة على مواكبه تصور وتزايد المعلومات بصفة عامة والخدمات بصفة خاصة والآن الدراسة تركزت على دور تقنية المعلومات في تطوير الخدمات بمركز الفيصل الثقافي تمت الدراسة بامكانية الالات الحديثة والاجهزة والمواد غير المطبوعة والنظام الآلي المستخدم وغيرها من الخدمات. استخدم الباحث عدد من مناهج البحث التى تطليها الدراسة كالمنهج التاريخي لابراز الجانب التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي لعرض ووصف البيانات واستقراء النتائج. أما بالنسبة لمعالجة البيانات فقد استخدم الباحث النسب المئوية في عرض وتحليل البيانات واستخدام مقاييس النزعة المركزية والتكرار. من اهم النتائج التى توصل اليها الدراسة: رضا المستفدين عن خدمات مركز الفيصل للمعلومات. توجد فاعلية في الاجهزة وتقنيات المعلومات المتوفرة بمركز الفيصل للمعلومات. يوجد رضا من المستفيدين عن اخصائي المعلومات بمركز الفيصل رضا عن تقنية المعلومات بالمركز. توفر المكتبة تقنية معلومات حديثة لاتاحة الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات. الانترنت اكثر استخداماً في مصادر المعلومات. اغلب دوافع البحث متطلبات البحث العلمي. التوصيات: 1. تعريف امناء واخصائي المعلومات المكتبات بمراجل تطور شبكات المعلومات في الخارج وما توصلت إليه في الوقت الحاضر وكيف لعبت التسعينات دوراً إيجابياً في التغلب على كثير من أوجه القصور في تلك المكتبات. 2. إكساب المستفيدين من المكتبات مهارة الاعضاء الذاتي جهد موظفي المكتبية ووصفهم لموظفي المكتبة وبالتالي توفير عن المعلومات دون الرجوع. Abstract The new technicalities at the information centers which are the helping tools in services; are considered one of technicalities based on recent inventions of tools and machines aims to guarantee precision, speed and to maintain the human efforts in delivering the work in libraries and information centers. This study comes to uncover the services and shed light on the new technicalities and it is used applications to keep the pace with depicting and increasing the information generally and the services particularly. This study is centered on the role of information technicality in developing the services at Al Faisal Cultural Centre. The study is carried out with the possibilities of the new machines, tools the un-prints materials and the used automatic system of the services. The researcher used a number of research methodologies as required by the study such as the historical method to break free the historical side and the descriptive method to show and describe the information and to extrapolate the results. Concerning the data processing the researcher used the percentages in showing and analyzing the information. The researcher also used the frequency tables in processing the data. The most important results obtained: The complacency of the beneficiaries from the Al Faisal Information Center Services. There is effectiveness in the tools and the available information technologies at Al Faisal Information Center. Also there is complacency from the beneficiaries about the information specialist and the information technologies in the center. The library provides new information technicalities and the availability of the world wide net. The information is more usable in information sources. Most of the research inducements are scientific research requirements. Recommendations: 1. Keep pace with development in the method of prompt information. 2. Use the internet to provide the information from the international journals and magazines. 3. Taking care of developing the centre environment. 4.
