Societies of these countries have accumulated over centuries a variety of techniques systems, knowledge means and practices that were became adapted with environment and systems of the society. Ironically, decision makers in at deferent level in these countries do not understand its importance and underestimate its value and usefulness. ‘More over, they ignore it when, development plans were set as local resource.
