هند الفاضل عبد الله إدريس2018-11-282018-11-282018http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/13712بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في التربية - إدارة تربوية وتخطيطالمستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في رفع فاعلية الإدارة المدرسية ببلدية القضارف، وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي لتعريف متغيرات الدراسة وكما تم إستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة، حيث تكون تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي وموجهي المرحلة الثانوية ببلدية القضارف والبالغ عددهم 1015 معلماً وموجهاً تربوياً،وقد تم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة للدراسة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن تقييم درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للتخطيط الإستراتيجي بالمرحلة الثانوية ببلدية القضارف من وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين التربويين كبيرة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين حول مدىتطبيق مديري المدارس للتخطيط الإستراتيجي في المرحلة الثانوية ببلدية القضارف تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة. كما توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين حول مدى فاعلية مديري المدارس للتخطيط الإستراتيجي في المرحلة الثانوية ببلدية القضارف تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في مجالي صياغة الرؤية ورسالة المدرسة، عليه أوصت الدراسة بالأهتمام بدراسة المستقبل وتنمية مهارة التنبؤ به لدى مديري المدارس، وتبادل الرؤى والأفكار الجديدة في التخطيط الإستراتيجي بين المدارس والإستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في المجال . Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in raising the effectiveness of school administration in municipality of Gedaref. The descriptive approach was used to define the variables of the study. And also the researcher used questionnaire as a main tool for the study. The community of the study consists of the teachers of the secondary school (1015 teachers and educational guides) in the municipality of Gedaref. Also the researcher conducted the appropriate statistical processes for the study. The study reached a number of results, including: The evaluation of the degree of implementation of school principals for strategic planning in the secondary school in the Municipality of Gedaref is significant, and there are no statistically significant differences on the effectiveness of school principals for strategic planning in the secondary school in Gedaref Municipality due to the variable of employment, also there are no statistically significant differences on the effectiveness of school principals for strategic planning in the secondary school in Gedaref Municipality due to the variable of the academic qualifications in the fields of vision formulation and school mission. The study recommended studying the future and developing predictive skills among school principals and exchanging visions and new ideas in strategic planning between schools and benefiting from successful experiences in this field.الإدارة المدرسية
