أيهاب عبدالعاطي ميرغني عبدالله2022-08-282022-08-282022-02http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/17311بحث تكميلي مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستيرالمستخلص تعتبر عملية تحليل سلوك المستخدمين من أكثر المجالات المهمة التي يعتمد عليها المحللون وذلك لدراسة اسباب الفشل ومعالجتها ودراسة سلوك المستخدمين خاصة في المجال التجاري والتسويقي ، مشكلة النظام الحالي أن هنالك صعوبة في تحديد سلوك المستخدمين من خلال الطرق التقليدية مثل الإستبيانات والملاحظات ، وعدم وجود تقنيات تساعد في تحديد سلوك المستخدمين بصورة أسرع ، تكمن أهمية البحث في بناء نظام إلكتروني يساعد في عملية تحليل سلوك المستخدمين الشرائية بإستخدام خوارزميات تنقيب البيانات ، يهدف النظام إلى بناء نموذج يساعد في تحليل سلوك المستخدمين الشرائية من خلال بناء موقع إلكتروني لشركة القباني للكمبيوتر ومن ثم إستخدام تقنيات التنقيب عن البيانات لتحليل بيانات الشراء ، تم استخدام النهج التحليلي الوصفي في عملية تحليل النظام باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) واستخدام لغات تصميم الويب في عملية البرمجة وإستخدام برنامج (WEKA) في تحليل بيانات السلوك ، ومن أهم ما توصل إليه الباحث أن النظام الجديد استطاع تحليل سلوك المستخدمين من خلال البيانات المدخلة الخاصة بهم ومن خلال نظام الجلسات (Session) ، ومن أهم التوصيات عملية تطوير النظام وربطه بتطبيق أندرويد حتى يمكن الوصول إليه من أي مكان وأي زمان وتطبيق مفهوم الشبكات الموزعه لربط باقي الفروع وربطها بمستودع بيانات حتى يسهل التنقيب عن البيانات من خلاله .
