اشراقة ميرغني عثمان ميرغني2018-02-182018-02-182018http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/10982بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في تقانة المعلوماتالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم نظام متكامل لتسجيل وتدريس الطلاب عن بعد لمعهد المحيط و استخراج نتائجهم كنظام أكاديمي الكتروني متكامل. وتتمثل مشكلة النظام الحالي في عجزه في توفير وسيلة عن بعد للطلاب لتمكنهم من عملية التسجيل والالتحاق بنظام الدراسة بالمعهد وكذلك توفير المحاضرات النصية والمسموعة والمرئية ولكل تلك الأسباب نجد أن النظام الحالي لا يلائم التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم الالكتروني. وتتمثل أهمية البحث في تصميم تطبيق ويب وموقع الكتروني يعمل على تطوير مهارات الدارسين في المعهد وإتاحة الفرصة للطلاب البعيدين الذين لا يمكنهم الحضور إلى قاعات الدراسة من خلال استخدام تقنيات التعليم الحديث وأيضاً سهوله التواصل مع مشرف النظام خارج أوقات العمل الرسمية. واستخدم البحث المنهج العلمي التطبيقي ، والمنهج التاريخي في سرد الدراسات السابقة والاستقرائي الاستنباطي في التدرج خلال البحث والأدوات المستخدمة تشمل المقابلات الشخصية والملاحظة والمراجع والمصادر ومواقع الانترنت في جمع المعلومات ذات العلاقة بمجال البحث ، واستخدام مخططات الـUML للنمذجة، وفي مرحلة التصميم استخدم برنامج الورد (MS word) لرسم الشاشات والمخططات ، في مرحلة التنفيذ استخدمت لغة HTML ولغة CSS ولغة PHP ولغة جافا اسكربتJava و MYSQL لتنفيذ قاعدة البيانات. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي تحسين سبل كسب المعرفة وتخزينها وتنظيمها وجعلها متاحة في أي زمان ومكان وبأقل تكلفة وتزيد من تعميق المعرفة لدى الطالب من خلال صفحة المشاركة والاستفسار وتوصي الدراسة بتطبيق فكرة النظام الجديد على المعاهد الأخرى ، تضمين كاميرا ويب للتفاعل الحقيقي بين الطالب والأستاذ ، تبني الجهات القائمة في التعليم العالي فكرة المواقع الالكترونية التعليمية وتطويرها ، نشر الوعي التكنولوجي، تضمين إمكانية النسخ الاحتياطي ومواكبة التطور التقني والتدريب. Abstract This research aims to design an integrated system for registering and teaching students remotely at the ocean institute to extract their results as electronic integrated academic system. The problem with the current system is inability provide remote way for students to enable them of registration and enrollment studying system , providing text and audio and visual lectures , and for all those reasons we find that the current system does no suit the modern techniques in E – learning. The importance of research in the design of the web application as website which works to develop the skills of learners at the ocean institute ,offering the opportunity for remote students who can’t come the studying halls through using the techniques of modern education and making it easy to communicate with system supervisor who is outside of the opening office hours work. The research used the applied scientific method, the historical approach in the narration of the previous studies and inductive gradation during the research and the tools used, including personal interviews, observations, references, sources and websites in collecting information relevant to the field of research, and use of UML modeling schemes. In the design stage, ) To draw screens and charts, in the implementation phase used the language of HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, JavaScript and MYSQL to execute the database. The most important results of the study are to improving the means of gaining knowledge, storing, organizing and making it available at any time, place and at the lowest cost and increasing the depth of knowledge of the student through the participation page and inquire. The study recommends applying the idea of the new system to other institutes, including a web camera for real interaction between students In addition, the institutions in higher education adopt the idea of developing and developing educational websites, spreading technological awareness, including the possibility of backup and keeping abreast of technical development and training.نظم المعلوماتتقانة المعلومات
