إقبال صالح محمد صالح2020-10-282020-10-282020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16015بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الاعمالالمستخلص تناول البحث دور الاتصالات الادارية في تحقيق فاعلية القرارات الادارية (دراسة حالة مصنع الشرق الاوسط للتغليف خلال الفترة من 2017-2020م) تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه الاتصالات الادارية في مساعدة متخذي القرارات الادارية في اداء اعمالهم وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي ماهو الدور الذي تلعبة الاتصالات الادارية في تحقق فاعلية القرارات الادارية ؟ أختبر البحث عدد من الفروض منها هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات الاتصالات الإدارية وتحقيق فاعلية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؟هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وسائل الاتصالات الإدارية وتحقيق فاعلية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؟هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات الاتصالات الإدارية وتحقيق فاعلية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؟هل هنالك معوقات تحول دون تطبيق الاتصالات الإدارية في تحقيق فاعلية إتخاذ القرارات الادارية . يهدف البحث الى الاتي التعرف على وسائل الاتصال الادراي التي تستخدم بشكل كبير في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الادارية بالمصنع ، الوقوف والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحد من كفاءة وسائل الاتصالات الادارية في عملية اتخاذ القرارات . تمثلت أهمية البحث في التعرف على مدى سرعة الوسائل المستخدمة في المعلومات لمواجهة الأخطار ، التعرف على اهم المعوقات والمقترحات المتعلقة باستخدام وسائل الاتصال والعمل على التغلب على هذه المعوقات وتبين المقترحات الموجودة في حالة زيادة عدد المؤسسات .،تستخدم الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للعلاقات الارتباطية الذي تراه إنه المنهج المناسب لدراستها فهو يوصف ويحدد العلاقات والفروقات بين المتغيرات المختلفة باستحدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية (spss) . توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج منها تعمل الاتصالات الادارية الواردة من المدرين إلي العاملين بشكل مستمر يحقق الاهداف المرجوة من اداء ، تؤمن الادارة العليا في المصنع بأهمية مشاركة العاملين في وأعداد وكتابة المراسلات الفورية وتحليل المشكلات ووضع المعلومات المطلوبة لإتخاذ القرارات. من خلال نتائج الدراسة توصل البحث الي عدد من التوصات أوصي بتخصص ادارة المصنع ميزانية كافية لاستمرار نشاط البحث العلمي والتطوير في وسائل الاتصالات الادارية من اجل تحسين لعمليات ، لابد من أستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في الكتابة يسهم في سهولة تدفق المعلومات مما يؤثر إيجاباًعلي أتخاذ القرار الاداري السليم . Abstract :  The research dealt with the role of administrative communications in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decisions (case study of the Middle East Packaging Factory during the period 2017-2020) The problem of the study is the knowledge of the role that administrative communications play in assisting administrative decision-makers in performing their actions. The problem of the study was the main question. What is the role of administrative communication in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decisions? The research examined a number of hypotheses, including is there a statistically significant relationship between the directions of administrative communications and the achievement of the effectiveness of administrative decision-making? Is there a statistically significant relationship between the means of administrative communication and the achievement of the effectiveness of administrative decision-making? Is there a statistically significant relationship between dministrative communication skills and the achievement of effectiveness Administrative decision-making: Are there obstacles that prevent the application of administrative communications in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decision-making. The research aims to: Identify the administrative communication methods that are widely used in the administrative decision-making process in the factory, stand up and identify the obstacles that limit the efficiency of the administrative communication means in the decision-making process. The importance of the research was to identify the speed of the means used in the information to face the dangers, to identify the most important obstacles and proposals related to the use of means of communication and to work to overcome these obstacles and to identify the existing proposals in the case of an increase in the number of institutions. You see it is the appropriate method for studying it, as it describes and identifies the relationships and differences between the various variables using the statistical packages program (spss). The research reached a number of results, including the administrative communications coming from the managers to the workers work continuously to achieve the desired goals of performance. The higher management in the factory believes in the importance of the participation of workers in preparing and writing instant correspondence and analyzing problems and developing the information required to make decisions. Through the results of the study, the research reached a number of recommendations. I recommend that the factory administration allocates a sufficient budget for the continuation of the activity of scientific research and development in administrative communication means in order to improve operations.
