إخلاص أحمد محمد الحسن2018-03-202018-03-202017http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/11595بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في تقانة المعلوماتالمستخلص أن الشبكات تعتبر من اساسيات العصر التي لا بد من وجودها في جميع القطاعات والكبيرة منها والصغيرة حتى البيت دخلت فيه الشبكات لدورها في تسهيل الحياة والمشاركة في نقل البيانات والإتصالات والمشاركة وغيرها من الخدمات التي تقدمها الشبكات . الشبكات أدت إلى ظهور المحادثة عبر الشبكة وهي أحد أشكال الاتصال الفوري بين شخصين أو أكثر والمعتمد على النص المكتوب ينقل عن طريق أجهزة الحاسب المتصلة على شبكة. تتمثل مشكلة البحث في صعوبة توصيل المعلومة للأشخاص الذين يستخدمون الأجهزة والمتابعة في مركز بلاغات زبائن الكهرباء وضياع كثير من الوقت والجهد في حل المشكلة وعدم معرفة المشاكل السابقة . يهدف إلى الإستفادة من الشبكات في عملية إرسال البيانات والملفات والمشاركة و يقلل من الزمن المهدر وتوصيل المعلومات الصحيحة بأسرع وقت وربط أنظمة التشغيل المختلفة في الأجهزة الموصلة بها . تم إستخدام لغة UML لتحليل النظام المقترح وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات للمستخدمين والرسائل وتحديد الصلاحيات بإستخدام لغة PHP وMySQL . النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي إستخدام التطبيق بدون شبكة الإنترنت وإنشاء مستخدمين وعرض البيانات المتعلقة بهم , وإمكانية الرجوع للمحادثات السابقة بالنسبة للمدير النظام والمستخدمين وعمل تقارير. نوصي بإضافة دردشة صوتية بالنسبة للبرنامج , وتطبيق البرنامج عبر الهاتف المحمول. Abstract The networks are considered the basics of the era, which must exist in all sectors large and small, even the house, entered the networks for their role in facilitating life and participate in the transfer of data and communications participation and other services provided by networks. Networks have led to the emergence of a conversation over the network, which is one form of instant communication between two or more people based on written text transmitted by computers connected to a network. The problem of the research is the difficulty of communicating information to people who use the equipment and follow-up at the center of electricity customer’s reports and the loss of a lot of time and effort in solving the problem and not knowing the previous problems. It goal to benefit from the networks in the process of sending data and files and participation and reduce the time wasted and deliver the correct information as soon as possible and linking the different operating systems in the devices connected to them. UML was used to analyze the proposed system and create a database for users and messages and determine the powers using PHP and MySQL. The results are the use of the application without the Internet and the creation of users and view data related to them, and the possibility of returning to previous conversations for the administrator and users and the provision of reports. We recommend adding voice chat for the program and applying the program across mobile phone.تقانة المعلومات
