دحية محمد خضر حسن2017-11-062017-11-062017http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7377مستخلص البحث يتلخص البحث في تطوير نظام حسابات التحصيل الزراعي والمطبق على مشروع القرير الزراعي والذي كانت تتم فيه كل الاجراءات بصورة يدوية مما جعلها تواجه العديد من المشاكل مثل التكرار والتعقيد والأخطاء والبطء وغيرها من الأخطاء المتمثلة في عيوب الأنظمة التقليدية ، هذا النظام يحوسب جميع الإجراءات من تحصيل ضريبة مياة المزارعين وتحصيل الواردات الاخرى والمنصرفات وكل العمليات المحاسبية في المؤوسسة . تم التحليل باستخدام ادوات تحليل البيانات (مخطط تدفق البيانات (Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) . تمت برمجة النظام بلغة فجول بيسك (Microsoft visual basic ( وباستخدام قاعدة بيانات من نوع ) Microsoft SQL Server ( . وبحوسبة النظام تم تنظيم العمل داخل المؤسسة بعد توفير قاعدة بيانات مما يسهل مهام متابعة التحصيل وذلك بتوفير تقارير شاملة ودقيقة تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات المثلى بعد الوقوف على الوضع الراهن بكل دقة ووضوح . تمت حماية النظام بجعل النظام في بيئة محلية إضافة لتوعية وإرشاد المستخدم بقواعد سرية وسلامة كلمة السر واستمرار عملية النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات . Abstract The research is concerned with the development of the agricultural collection accounts system, which is applied to the agricultural project, where all the procedures were done manually, which faced many problems such as repetition, complexity, errors, slowness and other errors of defects of traditional systems. This system calculates all procedures of collecting water tax Farmers, collection of other imports, disbursements and all accounting operations in the institution. The analysis was carried out using data analysis tools (DFD), the data flow diagrams (DFD), the system was programmed in Microsoft visual basic and using a Microsoft SQL Server database. The system is protected by making the system centralized in a local environment, in addition to inform the user about the secret rules, the safety of the password and the continuous process of data backup.تقانة المعلومات
