ماجدة محمد آدم حندوس2021-05-042021-05-042021http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16352بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في إدارة الأعمالالمستخلص تناول البحث ، دور الابداع الاداري في ريادة الاعمال، دراسة حالة مجموعة شركات دال ، تتمثل مشكلة البحث في أن دور الإبداع الإداري في ريادة الأعمال. ويتسبب فيها عدم الإبداع الإداري بأبعاده المختلفة (الأصالة، المرونة، الطلاقة، الحساسية للمشكلات، المخاطرة) لم ترقى لتحقيق الريادة في الشركات عامة وعلى وجه الخصوص مجموعة شركات دال. لهذا يحاول هذا البحث الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ماهو دور الإبداع الإداري بأبعاده المختلفة (الأصالة، المرونة، الطلاقة، الحساسية للمشكلات، المخاطرة) في تحقيق الريادة في مجموعة شركات دال؟ ويتفرع من هذا السؤال الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: دور الاصالة على ريادة الاعمال في شركات دال. التعرف على المرونة في ريادة الاعمال في شركات دال. معرفة الحساسية للمشكلات على ريادة الاعمال في شركات دال. معرفة الطلاقة على ريادة الاعمال في شركات دال. ودور المخاطرة على ريادة الاعمال في شركات دال. تم التحليل باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية (spss) توصل البحث إلى الى اهم النتائج منها: ان الابداع الاداري له دور كبير على ريادة الاعمال في شركة دال، هنالك علاقة كبيرة بين عناصر الابداع الاداري (الاصالة والمرونة والطلاقة والمخاطرة والحساسية للمشكلات) وين ريادة اعمال الشركات بصورة عامة وشركة دال بصورة خاصة، ان عملية الابداع الاداري وريادة الاعمال في ساهمت في تطوير الاداء بشركة دال وذلك من خلال زيادة المبيعات والميزة التنافسية التي احتلتها الشركة. تمثلت اهم التوصيات في: ضرورة العمل على تطبيق اساليب جديدة لحل المشكلات في الشركة يساهم في تطوير الاداء وكسب مزيد من العملاء، ضرورة تطوير منتجات الشركة حتى تكون الاقل تكلفة في السوق من خلال عملية الابداع الاداري، وضرورة معالجة الاشكاليات التي تواجه الشركة في عملية الابداع الاداري من خلال زيادة الثقافة التنظيمية لدى العاملين. Abstract The research dealt with the role of administrative creativity in entrepreneurship, a case study of the D group of companies, the research problem is that companies need a process of administrative creativity, especially since the nature of the work of DAL company needs more development and leadership and needs development in terms of identifying the problems and obstacles and seeking with flexibility Towards fluency in developing performance and accepting risks through a good analysis of the obstacles to administrative creativity. The study formulated the research problem in the following main question: Does administrative creativity contribute to creating a good work environment in companies, which contributes to the development of performance, and the following questions have emerged from it: What is the role of originality on entrepreneurship. What is the role of resilience on entrepreneurship? What is the role of sensitivity and problems on entrepreneurship? What is the role of fluency in entrepreneurship? What is the role of risk in entrepreneurship? The hypothesis of the study was that there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative creativity and entrepreneurship in Dal Company. The analysis was done by using the statistical packages (spss) program. The research reached the validity of the research hypotheses. The most important results were reached in, the opinions of the study sample were positive towards the axis of originality. Which means proving the correctness of the hypothesis, there is a statistically significant relationship between reporting and entrepreneurship? Working on applying new methods to solve problems in the company contributes to developing performance and winning more customers. The most important recommendations were represented in the necessity to work on applying new methods to solve problems in the company that contributes to developing performance and winning more customers.
