ندى عبد الله سليمان2023-03-152023-03-152021-03http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18991بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في تقانة المعلوماتالمستخلص قد شهدت السنوات العشر الماضية ثورة في عالم الحكومات التي نقلت معظم خدماتها إلى الإنترنت وأصبح بإمكان أي مواطن أن يقوم بالخدمات العامة عبر مواقع الإنترنت الحكومية وبطريقة آمنة وسرية. تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم معرفة محطات المواصلات العامة والتغييرات الكثيرة التي تحدث فيها من تغيير التعرفة والمكان. لذلك هدفت الدراسة لتوفير دليل مواصلات موثوق لمستخدمي وسائل النقل العام حسب اختياراتهم المختلفة وتوفير المال والوقت والجهد الضائع اثناء التنقل الخاطئ بين المحطات وتسهيل وصول المواطنين وغيرهم لوجهاتهم ومعرفة تعرفة المواصلات الخاصة بها. تم عمل تطبيق لمعرفة أماكن المواقف والخطوط الخاصة بكل موقف ومعرفة تعرفة الخطوط والمحطات التي تمر بها حيث يمكن التطبيق المستخدم من تحديد المسار الذي يفضل حسب المسافة او التكلفة. كما تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML لعمل المخططات وتصميم الشاشات وتما استخدام لغة PHP JAVA وال MYSQL وNeo4j databaseوSQLite Database لبناء وتصميم قاعدة البيانات. Abstract The past ten years have witnessed a revolution in the world of governments that moved most of their services to the Internet, and any citizen can perform public services through government websites in a secure and confidential manner. The research problem lies in the lack of knowledge of public transportation stations and the many changes that occur in them, such as changing the tariff and location. . Therefore, the study aimed to provide a reliable transportation guide for users of public transportation according to their different choices, to save money, time and effort wasted during the wrong movement between stations, and to facilitate the access of citizens and others to their destinations, and to know their transportation tariffs. An application has been made to find out the locations of the stops and the lines for each stop, and to know the tariff of the lines and stations that they pass through. The application enables the user to determine the preferred route according to distance or cost. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) was also used to make diagrams and design screens, and PHP, JAVA, MYSQL, Neo4j database and SQLite Database were used to build and design the database.Thesis
