عبد الرزاق محمود ابراهيم الحاج2019-09-302019-09-302019-06-151858-6228http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/14721المستخلص : ساهمت البرمجيات المفتوحة المصدر في الثورة الرقمية التي تنتظم العالم، لا سيما في مجال المعلومات و المكتبات . تناولت الدراسة أهمية البرمجيات المفتوحة المصدر في مجال المكتبات و المميزات التي توفرها تلك البرمجيات. كما عرضت الدراسة نماذجاً لبعض البرمجيات الحرة في مجال المكتبات مثل أنظمة ( كوها – نيو جن لب – بي أم بي ) . وشرحت الدراسة أهم الخصائص الفنية التي تتمتع بها تلك البرمجيات. في هذا السياق، تناولت الدراسة تجربة مكتبة جامعة النيلين في استخدام نظام كوها المتكامل المفتوح المصدر. حيث أتيحت البيانات الببلوغرافيا لجميع مصادر المعلومات التي تقتنيها على الخط المباشر. وظفت الدراسة المنهج التأريخي لدراسة مراحل تطور الأنظمة الآلية بالمكتبات الجامعية. بالإضافة لذلك، إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بشقيه المسحي و دراسة الحالة في تحليل البيانات. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، إن السبب الرئيس لإختيار هذه البرمجيات الحرة هو دعمها للبروتوكولات العالمية في مجال المكتبات مثل مارك 21 39.50.z علاوة علي ذلك. تتميز البرمجيات الحرة بالعديد من الخصائص التي لا تتوفر في البرمجيات المقيدة. أوصت الدراسة بدعم الجهود و المبادرات التي تعنى بإستخدام البرمجيات الحرة و نشر ثقافة إستخدامها لتحقيق أهداف المكتبات. بالإضافة لذلك، أوصت الدراسة بالإستفادة القصوى من المميزات الهائلة التي توفرها البرمجيات الحرة. الكلمات المفتاحية : البرمجيات الحرة، النظم المكتبات المتكاملة ، نظام كوها. Abstract: Open source software has contributed to the digital revolution; which overrun the world, especially in the field of information and libraries. The study investigated the importance of open source software in the field of libraries and the advantages offered by such software. The study also presented examples of some free software in libraries such as Koha, NewGenLib and PhpMyBibli. Furthermore, it explained the technical characteristics of these software. Along with this line, the study examined the experience of Neelain University in the use of the integrated open-source system Koha. Accordingly, the bibliographic data of all information sources acquired by the library; were made available on-line. The study used the historical method to investigate the stages of development of automated systems in university libraries. In addition, the study used both type of the descriptive analytical method; survey and case study; to analyze the data. The findings of the study are that; the main reason for choosing this free software is due to its support for global libraries protocols such as Mark21 and Z39.5. Furthermore; it has features which are not available in the restricted software. The study recommended; supporting efforts and initiatives that encourage using free software and spreading the culture of its use to achieve library objectives. Furthermore, the study recommended to take full advantage of the enormous features provided by free software.
