نسيبة أمين يوسف محمد2017-05-242017-05-242011http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/3605بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في التربية " قسم المناهج وطرق التدريسالمستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي بمدارس الأساس محلية كرري بولاية الخرطوم وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأهداف التي يحققها النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي . والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه تنفيذ النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي . استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتمثلت أدوات جمع المعلومات في الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية . وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموجهين ومشرفي النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي وعدهم ( (245) فرداً , اختيرت منهم عينة عشوائية قوامها (100) معلم ومعلمة و(21) موجها بالطريقة القصدية وعالجت المعلومات بمجموعة معالجات إحصائية وكانت أهم النتائج كما يلي : 1- يحقق النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي التوازن في شخصية الطالب . 2- ينمى النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي المهارات الاجتماعية . 3- ان التمويل يحول دون تنفيذ برامج النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي . 4- توجد حصص في الجدول المدرسي للنشاط الطلابي اللاصفي . أهم التوصيات :- 1- أن يجد النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي الرعاية الشاملة من قبل الجهات المسئولة. 2- العمل على تدريب المعلمين الذين يقومون بتنفيذ النشاط الطلابي اللاصفي ( مشرفين + موجهين ) . ( هـ ) Abstract This study aim to the out-class activity of the basic - level schools of karari locality Khartoum state by identifying the objectives that the out-class student activity achieves to wards the comprehensive development of the basic - level pupils, identifying the reality of the difficulties that face practicing the out – class student activity The researcher used the descriptive method and the information was collected through the questionnaire and personal interview . The study community consists of (245) persons including instructors and out-class student activity supervisors, out of which (100) teachers were selected as a random sample and (21) instructors as a determined sample . The information was processed through many statistic principles . Following are the essential findings :- 1- The out–class student activity balances the student character and personality . 2- The out –class student activity develops the social skills. 3- Financing hinders execution of the out-class activity programme . 4- The school schedule includes periods for the out- class student activity . Significant Recommendations : 1- The concerned authorities shall fully consider the out – class student activity . 2- The teachers , who perform the out – class student activity , ( supervisors and instructors ) shall be trained .المناهج وطرق التدريس
