The study is built-on three sections. The first section reviews and demonstrates the foundations of the Islamic values and ethics. The second section concerns with the role Q/' the values and ethics in controlling the economic activities. Then section three, analyzes the impact ofthe values and ethics on the execution of the State's financial policies. The study ends with several applied results.
