رشا السيد ابو الحسن محمد2017-11-142017-11-142015http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7887المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور الشرطة والمجتمع في الوقاية من الجريمة، دراسة تطبيقية (محلية الخرطوم) من الفترة 25/7 الى 10/11/2015م وماهي الأدوار التي تلعبها الشرطة والمجتمع للتقليل من أثار الجريمة والحد من إنتشارها في المحتمع، وكانت أهم أهداف الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أفضل الوسائل والآليات في مكافحة الجرائم وتفعيلها وسط المجتمع. تمثلت فروض الدراسة في الفرض الرئيسي: (للشرطة والمجتمع دور في الوقاية من الجريمة) ثم تم تجزئته الى خمس فروض، كما إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف ظاهرة الجريمة موضوع الدراسة ووصف الادوار المختلفة التي تقوم بها الشرطة والمجتمع في الوقاية من الجريمة عبر أدوات جمع البيانات ( الملاحظة بالمشاركة والمقابلة والإستبيان)، قامت الدراسة بإختيار العينة العشوائية المنتظمة التي أختارت مفرداتها بمعرفة حجم مجتمع محلية الخرطوم. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت الدراسة إليها هي: - إن مشاركة أفراد المجتمع ساعد في تقليل الانحراف والجريمة. - إرتفاع الحس الأمني لدى افراد المجتمع، من خلال إتخاذ تدابير وقائية في إحكام الإقفال وعدم ترك مقتنياتهم والحرص على غلق الأبواب والمنافذ منعاً من الجريمة. - توجد بعض المعوقات من قبل أفراد المجتمع وأجهزة الشرطة في تطبيق نظام الشراكة المجتمعية ويرجع ذلك لعوامل نفسية كالشعور بالخوف من افراد الشرطة. ومن أهم التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة هي: - تصميم برامج لتعزيز التعاون بين الشرطة والمجتمع. - وضع خطة لتحديد مستوى وتطور وترقية المجتمع بمحلية الخرطوم على فترات زمنية لتوضيح إتجاهات الجريمة ومستواها وسن تشريعات تساير تطور الجريمة تبعاً لتطور العلم والتكنولوجيا. - مراجعة العقوبات من فترة لأخرى لمعرفة مدي فعاليتها في ضبط وإصلاح وتقويم سلوك المجتمع. Abstract This research studies the role of police and community in the prevention of crime in "Khartoum Locality" reducing its consequences and blocking its dispersal, the overall objective of this study was to highlight the most effective means and techniques of combating crimes and their enforcement, hypotheses to the study (role of police and community in the prevention of crime ) consist of the main hypotheses divided into five categories, the analytic descriptive research method is applied here in this paper to study the crime under focus and the various roles carried out by the polic and the community to prevent it, thorough data collectiom tools: "observation- questionnaire and interview". This research is based on systemtic random sample piked up upon good knowledge of the community of "Khartoum Locality", it reached to many conclusions including the fact that participation of community member in the perventive measures good security awareness of residents is evident in their adaptation of crime, and the presence of obstacles to the implementation of the social integration system facing community members attributed to psychological factors such as the fear of the police. The study recommended designing programmes to consolidate trust between police and community, the drowing up of a plan to peridically detect trends of criminal behavior and its standerds, the introduction of technical and scientific development, and finally, the sporadic review of penaities to test their effectiveness in controlling, reforming and adjusting social behavier.الانثربولوجياالمجتمع - جريمة
