The descriptive statistics method is used to analyze information and data available in the concerned global and national reportsl The analysis and data allows reliable results and ground recommendations. The research concludes that, and within the spreading of poverty and the inadequacy of execution poverty alleviation strategies, several achievements vis-a-vis setbacks in the MDGs can be observed (for details, see the results section).
