نفحات الجيلي نور الدائم2017-11-142017-11-142012http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7886مستخلص البحث يعرف هذا البحث منظمة الأمم المتحدة و بقائها بين النجاح و الفشل ، و تأثير هذا النجاح و الفشل علي مستقبل النظام الدولي . و تأتي أهمية هذا البحث في تناوله لأكبر منظمة دولية تهدف الى تحقيق السلم و الأمن الدوليين و تحقيق التعاون الدولي . و يهدف البحث الى معرفة مدى نجاح و فشل منظمة الأمم المتحدة و كيفية تأثير هذا النجاح و الفشل على مستقبل النظام الدولي . لقد إستخدم الباحث مصادر متنوعة هي الكتب و الدوريات ، ميثاق منظمة الأمم المتحدة ، تقارير الأمين العام و مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة ، أيضا إستخدم الأنترنت وأجرى بعض المقابلات . و قد إختار الباحث المنهج التاريخي لعرض التطور التاريخي للتنظيم الدولي بشكل عام ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة بشكل خاص ، أيضا إستخدم المنهج الوصفي لدراسة و تحليل منظمة الأمم المتحدة و تأثير هذه المنظمة على النظام الدولي. يرى الباحث أن مشكلة البحث تكمن في تأثير نجاح و فشل منظمة الامم المتحدة في النظام الدولي ، و في قدرتها على على حل القضايا التي تهم العالم و في إمكانية إستمرارها أو إخفاقها. و يفترض الباحث أن الأمم المتحدة رغم النجاح الذي حققته إلا أنها لم تستطع حل أغلب القضايا المهمة و أيضا يفترض أن سيطرة الدول العظمى على منظمة الأمم المتحدة قادت الى أن تتحول هذه المنظمة الى أداة لتحقيق مصالح هذه الدول ، و يقسم الباحث هذا البحث إلى أربعة فصول هي : نشأة التنظيم الدولي ، منظمة الأمم المتحدة ، النجاح و الفشل في منظمة الامم المتحدة ، و مستقبل النظام الدولي . و قد توصل الباحث الي العديد من النتائج أهمها إحراز منظمة الأمم المتحدة بعض النجاح في تحقيق أهدافها الريئسية ولكن أيضا تعرضت للعديد من الإخفاقات في تحقيق السلم والأمن الدولي. و أيضا توصل الباحث الى أن هيمنة الدول الكبرى خاصة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أدى إلى تحديد قدرة الأمم المتحدة في تحقيق أهدافها . Abstract This Search defines the UN and its survival between success and failure and the effect of this success and failure on the future of the international system. The importance of this research lies in addressing of the largest International Organization that aims to achieve international peace & security as well as achieving the international cooperation. The research aims to determine the success and failure of the UN and how this success and failure affect the future of the international system. The researcher used a variety sources such as: books, periodicals, the Charter of the United Nations, reports of the Secretary-General and UN conferences, also the researcher used the Internet and he conducted some interviews. The researcher selected the historical method to display the historical development of the organization of the UN in general and the Organization of the United Nations in particular, also the researcher used the descriptive method to study and analysis the UN and the effect of this organization on the international system, in addition to its ability to resolve issues that concern the world and the possibility of continuing or failing. The researcher assumes that the United Nations -despite the success achieved- but it could not resolve the most important issues, he also assumed that the control of the Great Countries over the UN led it to turn this organization into an instrument that achieve the interests of these countries. The Researcher has divided its research into four chapters as follows: - The emergence of the international organization - The Organization of UN. - Success and failure of the UN. - The future of the international system. The researcher reached several findings, the most important one is the achievement of the UN of some success in achieving its main goals, as well as its exposure to many failures in achieving the international peace and security, the researcher concluded that the dominance of the major countries especially the United States led to scaling the ability of the United Nations in achieving its goals.علوم سياسية
