مصطفى إبراهيم ادم اسحق2018-09-242018-09-242017http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/12817بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستيرالمستخلص المال هو عنصر محرك لقوى الاستثمار, وهذا الاستثمار له شكلان استثمار مباشر و استثمار غير مباشر، و من أدوات الاستثمار المباشر: الأوراق المالية أو ما يماثلها مثل ودائع التوفير، وتُعرف أيضا بأدوات الاستثمار المباشرة غير قابلة للتداول. أما عن أدوات الاستثمار المباشرة والقابلة للتداول فهي الأسهم و السندات . ذلك أن المستثمرين الذين يقومون بشراء الأوراق المالية للشركات وللأفراد هم الذين يقومون بدور الوساطة بين بائعي الأوراق المالية ومشتريها، وهؤلاء يمثلون شركات الوساطة، وتنقسم الأسواق إلي أسواق أولية وأسواق ثانوية. يهدف هذا البحث إلي تقديم تقنية الخدمات عبر الانترنت، من خلال تصميم موقع الكتروني لخدمة المستثمرين في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية .وقد اعتمد الباحث علي لغة الPHP لبناء الموقع الالكتروني لخدمة بيع وشراء الأوراق المالية ، وتم عمل تحليل وتصميم له. خلصت الدراسة إلي نتائج مهمة، تتمثل في تقديم المعلومات في الزمن الحقيقي ، ما يؤدي إلي حصول المستثمر على معلومات ذات جودة عالية لدعم قرارات الاستثمار. كذلك إراحة العميل من عناء الوصول الي موقع السوق الفعلي ، ومن ثَمَّ يتم الوصول إليه عن طريق الموقع الالكتروني . وقد وصي الباحث بتسهيل تكامل النظم المختلفة عن طريق استخدام (Service Oriented Architecture) SOA ، مثل إضافة خدمة جديدة إلى نظام المؤسسة، وكذلك العمل علي تسهيل الدخول للموقع عن طريق الهاتف النقال مع إدخال خدمة الرسائل الفورية للمعلومات وبيانات السوق . ABSTRACT Money is the engine that moves investment forces which is of two forms, namely, direct investment and indirect investment. Direct investment tools include, saving deposits, securities. These are also known as non-tradable direct investment tools. On the other hand, the direct, tradable investment tool include shares and debentures. It is the investors who purchase securities for companies and individuals, and who act as intermediaries between the sellers and the purchaser of securities, which are brokerage firms. It is worth knowing that Stock Exchange are of two types; primary markets and secondary markets. This research aims to provide the technology of services through the Internet by designing a website that serves investors in the Khartoum Stock Exchange. The researcher relied on the PHP language to build, design and analyze the website. The study concluded with the several important results that is information is provided in the instant time, which resulted in the investor obtaining high quality information to support investment decisions. Moreover, it saves the customer the burden of having to physically go to the actual market. Instead, the customer can access services through the website. The researcher has recommended facilitating the integration of different systems through the use of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), such as adding a new service to the enterprise system. The researcher also recommends the facilitation of access to the site via mobile phones or by using instant messaging service to gain information and data about the market.نظام معلومات
