عثمـان حــامد عثمـان عبدالرسـول2017-11-062017-11-062013http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7351ملخص البحث تناول هذه البحث بناء نموذج لتطوير نظم المعلومات ومعالجة مشاكل النظم اليدوية بالتطبيق علي اجراءات العمل بفرع شؤون الضباط بشرطة ولاية الخرطوم، حيث تتمثل مشكلة البحث الرئيسية في عدم قدرة فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم الاستفادة من نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية في العمليات الادراية بالفرع بما يتوافق مع التطور التكنولوجى الحديث . هدف هذا البحث الى ايجاد نموذج مقترح لتطوير نظام فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم واعتمد البحث على منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم باستخدام نموذج الكيان والعلاقة بين الكيانات والكينونات (ERD) ونموذج. توصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج تم بموجبها قيام نظام معلومات بمكتب فرع شؤون الضباط برئاسة شرطة ولاية الخرطوم تؤثر ايجابيا علي فعالية الاجراءات المتبعة مما يحقق الكفاءة في الاداء والاستخدام الامثل لاساليب وادوات التقنية الحديثة ، حيث تم انشاء قاعدة بيانات باستخدام (SQL Server 2008) كمخزن للبيانات وواجهات تطبيقية باستخدام (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008) لعمليات الادخال ، التعديل والاضافه ،البحث ، الحذف وعرض وطباعة التقارير بالصورة المطلوبة وتسهيل عملية ارشفة البيانات . اختتم البحث والتوصيات والمراجع . Abstract this research to build a model for the development of information systems and addressing the problems of manual systems applied on work procedures Affairs Branch officers Khartoum state police, where is the problem of the major search in the inability Affairs Branch officers, headed by the Khartoum State police take advantage of the computer information systems in processes the administrative branch in accordance with the modern technological development. The goal of this research to find a model for the development of a proposed system Affairs Branch officers under the chairmanship of Khartoum State Police Search and adopted the approach of systems analysis and design using the entity model and the relationship between the entities and entities (ERD) and model. The research found a number of results has been under the System Information Office of Affairs Branch officers, headed by the Khartoum State police positively affect the effectiveness of the procedures, which achieves efficiency in performance and optimal use of the methods and tools of modern technology, where the database was created using (SQL Server 2008) as a store of data The application interfaces using (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008) for operations input, modification and additive, search, delete, view and print reports as required and facilitate the process of archiving data.
