خالد مكي محمد ادم2017-08-272017-08-272013http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/4913‫ملخص البحث:‬ ‫ٌناقش البحث تقدٌم خدمات المشتركين لشركة الاتصالات بصورة الكترونية و امكانية إجراء العمليات التفاعلية بين العملاء والشركة، تدور مشكلة البحث حول‬ ‫ما توفر لللباحثين من بيانات ومعلومات تبين لهم عدم توفر نموذج الكتروني لتقديم‬ ‫خدمات مشتركي ‪ SIM CARD‬عبر الويب مما ٌيضطر الزبون لإستغراق وقت‬ ‫وجهد اكبر للتواجد في الشركة او فروعها للحصول على الخدمات.‬ ‫يهدف هذا البحث لجعل خدمات المشتركين اكثر مرونة وكذلك رفع وتحسين‬ ‫مستوى تقديم الخدمات و زيادة ثقافة المجتمع في مجال التقانة بالإضافة الى توفر‬ ‫الخدمة طوال اليوم وفي كل ايام الأسبوع مما ٌيساعد العميل الإستفادة من الخدمة في‬ ‫اي وقت. كما ٌيتناول البحث نبذة عن نظام المعلومات ومفهوم نظم المعلومات‬ ‫الإدارية و أهميته للأفراد والمؤسسات والمجتمع، وتطرق البحث أيضا للإتصالات ‬ ‫في السودان و تاريخها وعن مجموعة شركة زين للإتصالات و بداية تأسيسه ثم عن‬ ‫زين السودان (موبيتل سابقا)، ثم انتقل البحث الى تحليل النظام من حيث تعريف‬ ‫المشكلة ووصف النظام الحالي والمقترح وتحليل مخرجات النظام و مدخلاته و أمنية‬ ‫النظام و الأجهزة و البرمجيات و الأفراد والحلول المقترحة ثم عمل دراسة جدوى ثم‬ ‫مرحلة التصميم للموقع و تنفيذ هذا النظام.‬ ‫النظام عبارة عن موقع الكتروني يقوم بتقديم الخدمات للمشتركين وذلك لتسهيل‬ ‫الحصول والإستفادة من الخدمات عبر الإنترنت بحيث توجد شاشات مصممة‬ ‫للتعامل مع الزبائن و العملاء كما يوجد مدير لهذا الموقع يتحكم في العروض‬ ‫ومراكز تقديم الخدمات ومشرفي هذه المراكز متابعة تعليقات وشكاوي العملاء‬ ‫وتقديم النظام مجموعة من التقارير التي تساعد في اتخاذ القرار، كما يوجدأيضا‬ ‫مشرف لهذا الموقع يتحكم في البطاقات ومتابعة طلبات العملاء و تقديم التقارير‬ ‫للمدراء لمساعدته كذلك في اتخاذ القرارات.‬ ‫في مرحلة التحلٌل تم استخدام مخططات عملية التحليل ‪ ،UML‬اما في مرحلة‬ ‫التصميم و التنفيذ فتم استخدام لغة ‪ PHP‬لتصميم صفحات الويب وقاعدة البيانات‬ ‫‪.MY SQL‬‬ ABSTRCT: The research discusses the provision of customer services for the telecommunications company in electronic media and the possibility of an interactive processes between customers and the company , spin problem of the research about what is available to researchers from the data and information showing them the lack of an electronic form to provide subscribers SIM CARD over the Web , forcing the customer typically take time and effort for greater Seen the company or its subsidiaries to obtain services . It also addresses research profile information system and the concept of management information systems and the importance of individuals , institutions and society, also touched search for contacts in the Sudan and its history and the group Zain Telecom and the beginning of its founding, and for Zain Sudan (Mobitel previously), and then go search system analysis in terms of the definition of the problem and describe the current system and the proposed system and analyze outputs and inputs and security system and the hardware, software, personnel, proposed solutions and then work a feasibility study and design phase of the site and the implementation of this system. System is a Website is to provide services to subscribers in order to facilitate access to and use of services online so there are screens designed to deal with customers and clients as there is director of this site controls in the presentations and centers provide services and moderators of these centers follow-up comments and complaints from customers, the system provides a set of reports that help in decisionmaking , and there is also a supervisor for this site controls the cards and follow up on customer requests and to provide reports to the Director, as well as to help in decision-making.
