الحاج أبراهيم عبدالله يونس2023-03-162023-03-162020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/19005بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستيرفي الأقتصادالمستخلص: تناولت هذا البحث دور الصحة والسلامة المهنية في رفع كفاءة العاملين بشركة بشائر لخطوط البترول، هدف البحث الي معرفة مدي دور الصحة والسلامة المهنية في تحسين أداء العاملين، مشكلة البحث تتمثل في التطور الذي حدث في الأونة الأخيرة والطفرة في مجال الصناعات المختلفة وصناعة البترول التي يجب ان يرافقها اجراءات وقائية لحماية المورد البشري. وقد استندت الدراسة الى عدة فروض منها: لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة أحصائية بين الصحة والسلامة المهنية ورفع كفاءة العاملين، هناك علاقة بين تحسين ظروف العمل المادية وأنتاجية العاملين بالشركة، أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ومنهج التحليل الاحصائي لتوضيح العلاقة بين الصحة والسلامة ورفع كفاءة العاملين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: تعتبر نسبة تعرض العمال للحوادث المهنية كبيرة في الفترة الاخيرة نسبة للتطور الصناعي الكبير. ظروف العمل السيئة تعتبر من أهم اسباب وقوع الحوادث بالعمل. معظم العمال يؤكدون أنه توجد إمكانية لتفادي جميع الأسباب المؤدية لحوادث العمل. العمال لا يحرصون دائما على تطبيق شروط السلامة المهنية. ثم أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات منها: العمل على إرساء ثقافة تشدد على السلامة المهنية وإشراك كافة العمال في هذه المهمة. تطبيق برامج لتعديل السلوك يشارك العمال في صياغتها وتصميمها برعاية الإدارة مباشرة. دمج مسألة السلامة المهنية في مكان العمل ضمن السياسة العامة للمؤسسة واستغلال ذلك في إعادة تصميم الأعمال ووضع برامج السلامة وتدريب العاملين. Abstract: This research deals with the impact of occupational health and safety in raising the efficiency of the employees of Bashaier Petroleum Company. The aim of the research is to know the extent of the impact of occupational health and safety in improving the performance of workers. The research problem is represented in the development that occurred recently and the boom in the field of various industries and the petroleum industry that must be It is accompanied by preventive measures to protect the human resource. The study was based on several hypotheses, including: There is no statistically significant relationship between occupational health and safety and raising the efficiency of employees , there is a relationship between improving the material working conditions and the productivity of the employees of the company, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the statistical analysis approach to clarify the relationship between health and safety and raise the efficiency of employees. The study concluded with many results, the most important of which are: The percentage of employees exposure to occupational accidents is considered to be great in the recent period due to the great industrial development. Poor working conditions are one of the most important causes of accidents at work. Most workers assert that there is a possibility to avoid all causes of work accidents. Workers are not always keen to enforce occupational safety requirements. Then the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: Work to establish a culture that emphasizes occupational safety and the involvement of all employees in this task. Implementing behavior modification programs that involve workers in their formulation and design under the direct supervision of management. Integrating the issue of occupational safety in the workplace within the general policy of the institution and using this in the redesign of the business.
