The data losses are dependent on the speed at which the nodes are moving within the network, the routing protocol used and the available channel. The main objective of this research is to compare with simulating using OPNET the performance of Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV), Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) and Geographical Routing Protocol (GRP) routing protocols under highway mobility pattern with voice traffic in terms of routing traffic sent and received, end to end delay and throughput. According to simulation results it is clearly observed that GRP protocol performed better than other protocols in terms of routing traffic sent and received and throughput while OLSR has the lowest delay.enEmbedded SystemsGRPOLSRAODVPerformance Evaluation of AODV, OLSR and GRP Routing Protocols in Vehicular Highway EnvironmentThesis
