Clinical examinations were carried out for 2867 subjects (1236 males and 1631 females),attended University Eye Hospital - Khartoum,Makka Eye Complex — Port Sudan and Hospital Alhadiya - Dong0la.Subject’s age was ranged (1-90) year. 314 patients 11% out of 2867 of the screening subjects have glaucoma. 673% were in Khartoum, 11.1% in Port Sudan and 15.3%in Dongola.Chronic glaucoma was present in 10.4, 0.5% had acute glaucoma and congenital appear in 0.1%.37.9% of glaucomatous subjects were in age group (6l~70),male and female there is no significance (p-value 10.026).
