امنة عبد الله علي محمد2022-02-132022-02-132020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16865بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في علم النّفسمستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الإلتزام الديني والصحة النفسية لدى معلمي مرحلة الأساس بمحلية جبل أولياء ، وكذلك معرفة الفروق في مستوى الإلتزام الديني والصحة النفسية تبعا لمتغير النوع والعمر . وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال مقياسي الإلتزام الديني إعداد زياد بركات، ومقياس الصحة النفسية إعداد علي وداي، وبلغ حجم عينة البحث ( 120 ) معلما ً، (24) من الذكور و (96) من الإناث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات بإستخدام برنامج ( SPSS )، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الإلتزام الديني يتسم بالإرتفاع ، وأن الصحة النفسية تتسم بالإرتفاع، وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا ً في الإلتزام الديني والصحة النفسية لدى معلمي مرحلة الأساس ، ولاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الإلتزام الديني تعزى لمتغير النوع، ولاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير النوع، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الإلتزام الديني تعزى لمتغير العمر لصالح الفيئة الأكبر ، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير العمر لصالح العمر الأكبر، وفي ضوء ذلك إقترحت الباحثة بعض التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الإعتناء بالمعلمين وإقامت الدورات التدربية لهم ودعمهم حتى يستطيعوا توصيل رسالتهم على أكمل وجه، لأن تلاميزهم هم شباب المستقبل ومن يقود هذه الأمة . Abstract The research aims to find out natural of relationship betweent religious commitment and mental health the teacher for basic stage in Gabal Awliaa locality so knwlage difference in the level religious commitment and mental health in accordance with vaniabli kind and age .
