عفاف عثمان حامد2017-11-162017-11-162013http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7917مستخلص البحث لقد ظلت قضية الاستقرار السياسى فى السودان من القضايا الرئيسية التى نالت اهتمام الباحثين ورجال الاقتصاد والسياسة والاجتماع فى السودان وذلك لأهميتها فى صنع القرار الداخلى والخارجى ولما يشكله من أهمية فى شكل العلاقات بين الدولة المعنية والدول الاخرى ولما يتركه من أثر فى هذه العلاقات وترتبط هذه الظاهرة بعدة عوامل متمثلة فى التنمية الغير المتوازنة وأنعدام المشاركة السياسية ونزعات الحدود وهى تتمثل مشكلة هذه الدراسة . لقد تناولت هذه القضية للدراسة والبحث لاهميتها فى معرفة تأثير عامل الاستقرار السياسي على السياسة الخارجية للسودان . من خلال الدراسة توصل الباحث الى أن فشل الحكومات المتعاقبة على الحكم فى السودان فى تحقيق التنمية المتوازنة فى الدولة وظهور سمة العنف السياسى وغياب أسس المشورة والديمقراطية بالاضافة إلى نزاعات الحدود كل هذه الاسباب ادت الى عدم إستقرار السياسى فى السودان وبالتالى وأثرت على القرار السياسي والسياسة الداخلية والخارجية للدولة . ولحل هذه المعضلة على الدولة أن تنتهج نهج الديمقراطية والسير فى اقامة المشاريع التنموية فى مختلف انحاء البلاد بالتساوى والعمل على حل النزاعات بالطرق السلامية وعمل إتفاقيات السلام مع الجهات المتنازعة . ABSTRACT Has been the issue of political stability in Sudan of the key issues that gained the attention of researchers and economists, politics and sociology in Sudan so as to their importance in the decision-making of external and internal, since it represents the importance of in the form of relations between the country and other countries and to the left by the impact on these relations and linked this phenomenon with several factors represented in the balanced development of others and the lack of political participation and the tendencies of the border is a problem of this study. I've dealt with this issue for study and research to determine the impact of its importance in the factor of political stability on the foreign policy of Sudan. Through study, researcher found that the failure of successive governments to rule in Sudan in achieving balanced development in the country and the emergence of a feature of political violence and the absence of the foundations of counseling and democracy as well as border disputes all of these reasons led to the lack of political stability in Sudan and thus influenced the political decision and the domestic and foreign policy of the state. To solve this dilemma, the state should pursue a democratic approach and walk in the establishment of development projects in various parts of the country equally and work to resolve disputes phalanx and the work of peace agreements with the disputing parties.الاستقرار الساسيالعلاقات الخارجية
