شاهيناز عوض محمد أحمد الحسين2018-03-142018-03-142018http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/11476بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في تقانة المعلوماتالمستخلص يقوم الجهاز بتسجيل بيانات العربات ومتابعتها وفحصها بشكل دوري ومستمر ومتابعة العربات المخالفة وغيرها الكثير من المهام مما يجعل امر تنظيم البيانات وإدارة الإجراءات امراً شبه مستحيل بسبب كثرة العربات والعمليات والمستندات مما يؤدي الى ضياع الوقت و الجهد و فقدان المستندات المهمة للعربات و ضياع الملفات و تعاني صعوبة في عمليه البحث و استخراج التقارير المفصلة عن العربات و الوحدات التابعة لها وعملية متابعة العربات و فحصها من هنا جاءت الحوجة لعمل نظام متكامل لحل هذه المشكلة. ومن هذه المشاكل ايضا التأخر في إنجاز المهام بسبب كثره العمليات و عدم وجود نظام يدير هذه العمليات و حصول عده مشاكل في عمليه تسجيل و متابعة العربات وفحصها و تقييمها ، ومن اهمية هذا النظام انه ساعد و بشكل كبير في مساعدة متخذي القرار في مهامهم وذلك عن طريق عرض التقارير و الاستعلامات الأنية حول سير العمل بالجهاز ، وفي هذا البحث تم استخدام المنهجي الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل البيانات وذلك عن طريق استخدام التحليل باستخدام الكينونة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها ان هذا النظام الجديد اختصر الكثير من الوقت و الجهد المبذول و ايضا سهل عملية ادارة الجهاز و تنظيم البيانات و تخزينها وسهل من عملية استرجاعها عند الحوجة. في هذه النظام تم استخدام لغة VB.Net 2010 في تنفيذ شاشات النظام و SQL Srver في برمجة قواعد الإنترنت . ومن اهم التوصيات هي السعي الى تطوير و صيانة النظام بشكل دوري و تدريب العاملين على النظام تفاديا للأخطاء و المشاكل التي تحصل بسبب الإدخال الخاطئ. Abstract The system records the data of the vehicles and their follow-up and inspection periodically and continuously and follow the vehicles violated and many other tasks, which makes the organization of data and management of procedures is almost impossible because of the large number of vehicles and processes and documents, which leads to loss of time and effort and loss of documents important vehicles and loss of files and have difficulty In the process of searching and extracting the detailed reports of the vehicles and their units and the process of tracking the vehicles and examined from here came the need for an integrated system to solve this problem. These problems include delays in the completion of tasks due to the large number of operations, the lack of a system to manage these operations, and problems in recording and tracking vehicles. In this research, descriptive descriptive methodology was used to analyze the data by using the analysis using the entity. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that this new system reduced the time, effort and easy Management process Organize and store data and facilitate retrieval when needed. In this system, the VB.Net 2010 language was used to execute system screens and SQL Server in programming Internet rules. The most important recommendations are to seek to develop and maintain the system periodically and training staff on the system to avoid errors and problems that get due to wrong input.تقانة المعلومات
