نصرالدين النورعلي منزل2021-03-082021-03-082020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16164هدفت الدراسة إلي توضيح الدورالوسيط للإبداع الإداري في العلاقة بين ادارة العملياتوجودة الخدمات المصرفية وذلك لتعزيز العلاقة مع العملاء وحل المشكلات الناتجة عنه مع وضع الحلول والمقترحات المناسبة للنهوض في هذا المجال .وتمثلت مشكلة البحث فى السؤال الرئيسي التالي :ما هو أثر الإبداع الإداري في إدارة العمليات المصرفية علي جودة الخدمات المصرفية، وناقشت الدراسة عدة فرضيات أهمها :يوجد أثر للإبداع الإداري في العمليات المصرفية علي جودة الخدمات المصرفية، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : تهتم إدارة البنوك بالإبداع الإداري في العمليات المصرفية لتحسين جودة خدماتها، والعمليات التي تقدمها للعملاء تتضف بالثقة والأمان، وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها :علي إدارة البنوك الاهتمام بتحديث وتطوير العمليات المصرفية بالاستفادة من التطور التقني،وإشراك العاملين بإستمرار في حل المشكلات التي تواجه العمليات المصرفية، وعلي إدارة هذه البنوك القيام بمراجعة الخدمات التي تقدم للعملاء بشكل مستمر بغرض تطويرها. The study aims to clarify the intermediate role of administrative innovation in relationships between operation management and the quality of banking services. This is to enhance customer relationships and solve the resulting problems with the development of the right solutions and proposals for improvement in this field. The problem of research was the following key question. What impact does management innovation in managing banking operations have on the quality of banking? The researcher followed the descriptive analytical and case study methods, The study reached a group of results, the most important of which are: Banks management is concerned with the management creativity of banking to improve the quality of its services, The processes that provides to customers are reliable and secure.
