: عبد الوهاب تاج السربلة2017-11-212017-11-212013http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/8143المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث علي معرفة أثر الحصول علي شهادة الأيزو في تحسين الأداء لشركة شيكان للتأمين وإعادة التأمين المحدودة. تتمثل مشكلة البحث في الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية وهي:- هل التزام الإدارة العليا بنظام إدارة الجودة أثر في نجاح تطبيق نظام الأيزو؟ هل نظام الأيزو أدي إلي تحسين الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين داخل الشركة ؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي لزيادة تحسين وترقية الأداء ؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي إلي رضاء العملاء ؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي إلي تحسين المسئولية الاجتماعية؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي إلي تحسين الموقف التنافسي للشركة ؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي إلي تحسين الموقف المالي للشركة ؟ هل حصول الشركة علي شهادة الأيزو أدي إلي تحسين الموقف التشغيلي للشركة ؟ تم إستخدام منهجية : المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي : حيث يتكون مجتمع البحث من العاملين بشركة شيكان للتأمين وإعادة التأمين المحدودة والمتمثل في مدراء الإدارات و رؤساء الأقسام والموظفين والبالغ عددهم 1000 شخص، تم إختيار عينة قدرها 100 شخص أي بنسبة 10% من مجتمع البحث تم تحليلها وإختبار فرضياتها. تتمثل أهم النتائج في الأتي : تم الإستخدام الأمثل للموارد مما قلل من عمليات الهدر المالي وأدي إلي تقوية الموقف المالي لدي الشركة . هنالك درجه عاليه من الرضا لدي الموظفين من خلال الأجور والمرتبات والحوافز المادية والمعنوية . يوجد تحسين في الأداء من خلال إعتماد برامج للتدريب والتأهيل ودرجة القياس والمتابعة بهدف تحقيق الكفاءة والفعالية للعمليات بغرض التحسين والتطوير المستمر. أهم التوصيات : إلزام الإدارة العليا بإستمرارية تطبيق نظام الآيزو من خلال إتخاذ القرارات والإهتمام بالمؤهلات والخبرات وتطبيق النظم الإدارية . على شركة شيكان إستخدام مفهوم التميز المؤسسي لتطوير الأداء . توسيع محفظة الاكتتاب وإدخال أنواع جديدة من التأمين للمحافظة علي العملاء الحاليين . Abstract This research aims to get acquaintance with the impact of the ISO certification on improving the performance of Shiekan Insurance and Reinsurance Company. The research problem is manifested in answering the following question: Did the leadership commitment with the quality management system affect the successful implementation of the ISO system, and whether the ISO system had lead to further improvement of the job satisfaction of the company’s employees? Did the ISO certification lead to further improving and upgrading of the performance! Did the ISO certification lead to customer’s satisfaction? Did the ISO certification lead to improving of the social responsibility? Did the ISO certification lead to improving the competitive, financial and operational positions of the company? The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical methods where the research population consists of 1000 persons being the number of the employees in Shiekan Insurance and Reinsurance Company and it is manifested in the directors of administrations, heads of departments and officials. A sample of (100) persons was selected i.e. with a percentage of 10% of the research population. This sample was analyzed besides testing its hypotheses. The main findings are manifested in the following: The optimum use of the resources had lead to the reduction of the financial squandering process and this consequently led to strengthening the financial position of the company. There is a high degree of satisfaction among the employees through the wages, salaries and the material and moral incentives. There is an improvement in the performance through the adoption of the training and qualification programs and the degree of measurement and follow-up methods aiming at the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of the operation with the object of continuous improvement and development. The main recommendations: To commit the leadership to continue the application of the ISO system through the decision-making, paying attention to the qualifications and experience and application of the administrative systems. Shiekan Company should use the concept of institutional excellence for the development of the performance, in addition to the extension of the underwriting portfolio and introduction of new types of insurance to maintain the present customers.التامين -شهادة الايزوThesis
