إنصاف البشير أحمد2017-10-222017-10-222010http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/6322بالإشارة الى التجربة اليمنية والسودانيةمستخلص البحث استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية تحليلية للأزمة العالمية التي ضربت اقتصاديات الأنظمة الرأسمالية وانعكاسها على الاقتصاد العالمي والأسواق المالية والدولية والوطنية وتأثيرها على البنوك الإسلامية وكذلك إشكالية الرقابة على البنوك الإسلامية وغيرها من المواضيع ذات الصلة بالأزمة مما أدى الى تراجع النمو الاقتصادي ويرجع ذلك الى عجز النظام الراسمالى التي لم تستطيع نظرياته تجنب الأزمة لأنه اقتصاد متشابك وكان لابد من وجود حلول ووسائل مناسبة لحل الأزمة ومن هنا جاء إبراز دور مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامية التي تعمل على تطبيق الصيغ الإسلامية . وقف البحث على تجربة البنوك الإسلامية اليمنية والتي عملت في ضوء ضبط ومناقشة وتطبيق كافة أوجه النشاط الاقتصادي واستطاعة امتصاص الأزمة بأقل الخسائر الممكنة كما أقترح البحث خطة لتطبيق تلك الصيغ بناءاً على النتائج التي وصلت إليها تلك التجربة في محاربة الأزمة للاستفادة منها في مسيرة الإصلاح الاقتصادي والمالي فى العالم الاسلامى وغير الاسلامى . Abstract This study aims to present an analytical view of the global financial crisis which has struck the economics of capitalist countries , it deal with the effects of the crisis of the global economy on financial markets , international and national, and it is impact on Islamic banks. It also addresses the problem of controlling Islamic banks in addition to other issues relevant to the crisis leading to a decrease in economic growth. This is due to the inefficiency of the capitalist system whose theories have proved unable to prevent the crisis because the economy is an interact one. Is therefore, essential to find suitable means and solutions. This is why is important to highlight the role of Islamic financial institutions which implement Islamic methods. This study examines the experience of Islamic bank in Yemen, which have operated through of controlling investigating and implementing all aspects of economic activity. Thus, they have been able to absorb the crisis with the minimum loss possible. The study proposes a plan for implementing these modes in the light of the results reached by this experience in filleting the crisis. The aim is to mode use of the findings in the economic reform in the Islamic world, and outside it.اقتصاد
