سماح عزالدين عمر ابراهيم2019-07-152019-07-152019جامعة النيلينhttp://hdl.handle.net/123456789/14496المستخلص تناول البحث أثر تغير سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري في السودان خلال الفترة من (2008 -2018 ) مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي " ماهو أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري في السودان " ومنه تنبع أسئلة فرعية "ماهي العوامل المؤثرة على سعر الصرف وعلاقتها بالميزان التجاري. ماهي السياسات التي تتبعها الدولة في التاثير على سعر الصرف ". يمكن تناول أهمية البحث من جانبين هما الجانب العملي " حيث يعتبر هذا البحث مهما لانه يناقش الأثر الذي أحدثه سعر الصرف في الميزان التجاري وأهم المتغيرات التي تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على إستقرار كل من سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري. أما الجانب العلمي "يعتبر هذا البحث إضافة علمية يمكن أن تساعد الإقتصاديين والإداريين في حل مشكلة البحث ومساعدتهم في إتخاذ القرار ". أهداف البحث تضم توضيح الانعكاسات السالبة الناتجة من تدهور سعر الصرف ،تسليط الضوء على اهمية سعر الصرف على عملية التجارة الخارجية . فروض البحث هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين إنخفاض سعر صرف العملة المحلية السودانية وتحسين وضعية والميزان التجاري. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إرتفاع سعر صرف العملة المحلية السودانية وتردي وضعية الميزان التجاري . هنالك علاقة مباشرة بين السياسات المتبعة لسعر الصرفوالميزان التجاري في السودان . أتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بطريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج منها قمية الثابت ∝ =18.22 وهذه القيمة تدل علي أن النموذج علي وجه العموم معنوي ووجد أيضاً أن معامل الارتباط (بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري) وهذا يدل علي أن الإرتباط بين المتغيرات فيما بعضها قوي بنسبة (72%) (ومعامل التحديدR^2=0.530)(معامل التحديدالمعدل R^2=0.47) وهذه النتيجة تدل علي أن معامل التحديد قوي ومعنوي، أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري من خلال النتائج توصل البحث الي التوصيات الاتية عدم الاعتماد علي الضريبه الجمركية كاداة للحد من الاستيراد لأن السلع المستورده لا تستجيب للزياده في الضريبه الجمركية ، أعتماد السودان علي التجارة الخارجية يجعل ميزانية مدفوعاته عرضه للضغوط التي تظهر في الاسواق العالمية . abstract The study tackled the impact of the change in the exchange rate on the trade balance in Sudan during the period from 2008 to 2018. The problem of the research is the main question: "What is the effect of the change in the exchange rate on the trade balance" It is possible to derive sub-questions as to the factors affecting the exchange rate and their relation to the trade balance. What are the policies followed by the effect on the exchange rate? The importance of research is twofold: objectivity. This study is important because it discusses the impact of the exchange rate on the trade balance and the most important variables that directly affect the stability of both the exchange rate and the trade balance. The objectives of the research were to clarify the negative effects of the exchange rate deterioration Highlight the importance of the exchange rate on the foreign trade process. The research hypotheses have a statistically significant relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance in Sudan. Sudan's policy of setting the exchange rate has not been effective in stabilizing the value of the Sudanese pound. There is a statistically significant relationship between exports and exchange rates in Sudan. The research followed the analytical descriptive method in the manner of the lower squaresThe correlation between the variables and the trade balance shows that the correlation between the variables is strong (72%). (R ^ 2 = 0.530) (R11 = 0.47) This finding indicates that the coefficient of determination is strong and significant, that there is an inverse relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance Through the results, the research reached the following recommendations not to rely on customs tax as a tool to reduce imports because the imported goods do not respond to the increase in the customs tax. Sudan's reliance on foreign trade makes its payments budget vulnerable to the pressures that appear in the international markets.الاقتصادThesis
