عادل ابوزيد على الحاج2017-07-312017-07-312011http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/4392مستخلـص البـحـث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين الكفايات التعليمية المتعددة للمعلم ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية : نوع المعلم ، الحالة الاجتماعية للمعلم، سنوات خبرة المعلم ، تخصص المعلم ، المؤهل العلمي الذي يحمله المعلم ، من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة كوستى الواقعة ضمن حدود ولاية النيل الأبيض . استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للبحث ، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من118 معلما و275 معلمة بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة كوستى للعام الدراسي 2008/2009م . وقد أجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة جزئية من مجتمع معلمي الثانوي بنسبة بلغت 30% من مجتمع الدراسة. استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات الميدانية، وبعد جمع المعلومات الميدانية، وتحليلها ، تم وصفها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية :- التكرارات ، النسب المئوية ، الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، اختبار مربع كاى ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون . توصل الباحث للنتائج الآتية :- 1- الكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تتسم بالانخفاض من وجهة نظر المعلمين . 2- توجد اختلافات بين المتغيرات والكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تعزى لمتغير خبرة المعلم . 3- لا توجد اختلافات بين المتغيرات و الكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي للمعلم . 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات و الكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية للمعلم . 5- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات و الكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تعزى لمتغير نوع المعلم - ذكر ، أنثى - . 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات و الكفايات التعليمية للمعلم تعزى لمتغير تخصص المعلم - تربوي، غير تربوي - . في ضوء نتائج البحث فان الباحث تقدم بالتوصيات الآتية :- 1- إقامة دورات تدريبية من قبل متخصصين للمعلمين ذوى الخبرات المتوسطة والقليلة - دورات طويلة المدى من قبل الوزارة الاتحادية ، ودورات قصيرة المدى من قبل الوزارة الولائية - . 2- تكثيف الجولات التوجيهية من قبل موجهي المواد المختلفة ، والعمل بنظام الزيارات المعلنة و الزيارات الغير معلنة للمدارس . 3- في كشف التنقلات السنوي للمعلمين يراعى دخول عدد مقدر من المعلمين العاملين بمدارس الريف لمدارس المدن ، وذلك لاكتساب خبرات بالعمل في مدارس كبيرة . ABCTRACTS The aim of this study is to give information about the relation between the demographic variables ( such as sex , social status , years of experience, specialty and qualification , and the multi educational competency of the teachers from the point of view of those who are teaching in the secondary level in Kosti town in the white Nile state . Here the researcher followed the descriptive way of study .He gathered his information by field work among a group of teachers of about 30% of the total number of teachers working in Kosti secondary schools . He selected the method of questionnaire as a successful way of collecting data. Then he made a comprehensive analysis and description by using these statistical ways:- Frequancy distribution , Percentage – arithmetic mean , Standard deviation , chi-square test , Person correlation factor . The out come of the research :- A- There are insignificant differences between the demographic variables and the academic competency of the teacher attributed to his social status . 13 B- There are insignificant differences between the demographic variables and the educational competency of the teacher attributed to his sex ( male , female ) C- there are insignificant differences between the demographic attributed to his specialization ( educator or not ) . D- The teachers educational competency is declining from point of view of teachers . E- No differences are available between the demographic variables and educational competency attributed to the teachers qualification . Recommendations Due to the results of the study ,the researches has recommended the followings :- A-Training courses provided by specialized teachers should be offered to half-experienced and less - experienced ones – long term courses offered by federal ministry of education and short term courses offered by state ministry . B- Intensifying field visits to different schools advisers of all subjects should visit schools regularly by announcing their visitor without preknowledge of teachers . C- Some of the teachers who work in the rural areas should be given a chance annually to work in towns so that they can gain experience through teaching in big schools .التربية
