عكرمة بابكر عبدالكريم عبد الفضيل2017-11-062017-11-062017-08http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7354المستخلص هٌدف هذا البحث إلى بناء نظام معلومات عٌمل على تطب مٌات الإنترنت للإدارة العامة للتأه لٌ والتدر بٌ وبناء المدرات وذلن لتحم كٌ تنم ةٌ وبناء المدرات لدى المتدرب نٌ وإكتسابهم الخبرات والمهارات والأسال بٌ العلم ةٌ المختلفة والإستفادة من الفرص المتاحة للبعثات العلم ةٌ داخل اٌ وخارج اٌ حتى تٌم إكتساب الخبرات والمهارات من ذو هٌا وخلك آل ةٌ تنظ مٌ ةٌ تموم بربط وتحد ثٌ الدورات التدر بٌ ةٌ تلمائ اٌ.ً تعتبر الإدارة للتأه لٌ والتدر بٌ وبناء المدرات ذات اهم ةٌ واضحة وصر حٌة تكمن ف تأه لٌ كوادرف العمل الإداري وتنم ةٌ وبناء المدرات وإكتساب الخبرات العلم ةٌ وك فٌ ةٌ إ ضٌاحها وتوص لٌها للمتدرب نٌ بعدة طرق مختلفة وبكل سهولة و سٌر حتى تٌم الإستفادة منها بشكل ملموس. استخدم هذ البحث أسلوب علالة الك نٌونات ف بناء نموذج الك نٌونات، كما استخدم لغة ) Php ) ولواعد الب اٌنات ) Mysql ( وبرمج ةٌ ف تنف ذٌ وتطب كٌ النظام المبن على تطب مٌات الإنترنت ومن نتائج هذا البحث أن النظام عٌمل على تسه لٌ الحصول على تغذ ةٌ الدورات التدر بٌ ةٌ بصورة مباشرة من المتدرب نٌ لتحد دٌ نماط الموة والضعف والإستفادة من رفع المستوى وتم مٌٌ الدورات التدر بٌ ةٌ و حٌمك سرعة ف تنالل الب اٌنات وإتخاذ المرارات بكفاءة عال ةٌ . ومن ضمن التوص اٌت توف رٌ المع نٌات التمن ةٌ لتنف ذٌ البرنامج على أرض الوالع للإستفادة من النتائج الت تم الحصول عل هٌا وأخذها بع نٌ الإعتبار ومن ضمن توص اٌت الدراسة تطو رٌ هذا التطب كٌ ل عٌمل على الأجهزة الزك ةٌ توس عٌ إستخدام هذا النظام لتشمل عمل ةٌ التم مٌٌ كل الجوانب المتعلمة بالدورات التدر بٌ ةٌ . ج Abstract This is research aims to develop and application the internet system of public administration for training, qualification and capacity building in order to achieve the development and capacity building of the trainees so that they have many experiences, skills and different scientific methods in order to benefit from them. And building a computerized system to develop a mechanism to assist in the of training courses where the Department to develop opportunities for scientific missions internally and externally so that the acquisition of expertise and skills of the people and create a regulatory mechanism to link and update the training courses automatically. The Department of Rehabilitation, Training and Capacity Building is of clear and explicit importance. It is in the qualification of a cadre in the administrative work, development and capacity-building in it, it and communicating it to the trainees in a number of different ways. One of the results of the research is that the system facilitates the access to the nutrition of training courses directly from the trainees speed in the transfer of data and decision-making efficiently. Among the recommendations are the provision of physical, human and technical aids to implement the program on the ground to benefit from the results obtained and taken into account. Extend the use of this system to all departments in the ministry concerned and work on expanding the system to include the evaluation process all aspects related to the training courses.تطوير الانظمةبناء النظم
