هبة أمير بخيت آدم2020-10-052020-10-052020http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/15839بحث تكميلي مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستير في الاقتصادمستخلص تناول البحث قضية الحصار الاقتصادي وآثاره علي التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان وسعي البحث لمعرفة ما هي آثار الحصار الاقتصادي المفروض علي السودان ومعرفة واقع الاقتصاد السوداني وذلك للإجابة علي سؤال الدراسة الرئيسي. هنالك أسباب أدت إلى حدوث الحصار الاقتصادي والحصار الاقتصادي أدي إلى إعاقة مجالات الاستثمار في السودان وعمل علي فشل التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان. استخدم البحث المنهج التاريخي والوصفي والتحليلي لمعرفة ما هي سمات الاقتصاد السوداني وما هو واقع التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان وما هي أسباب الحصار الاقتصادي في السودان وما هي الحلول المناسب لحل مشكلة الحصار والنهوض بالتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان. و تتمثل أهمية البحث في انه يعالج قضيه مهمة وهي المعوقات التي تقف أما تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان . واهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ضعف التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، تدهور القطاع الزراعي الذي يمثل العامود الفقري للاقتصاد السوداني، تدهور القطاع الصناعي نتيجة لضعف التمويل، الحصار المفروض علي السودان أثر سلباً علي التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، وأن عدم الاستقرار السياسي اثر سلباً أيضاً علي التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، بالإضافة إلى الديون الخارجية التي تمثل عقبة للسودان في علاقاته بالمؤسسات المالية الدولية، ضعف هياكل الاقتصاد السوداني، واهم التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث، التركيز علي الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد الزراعية، تهيئة الفرص لإحراز تقدم في مجال التصنيع الزراعي بالاستفادة من مخرجات قطاع الزراعة كمدخلات إنتاج صناعي، تحقيق التكامل بين القطاع الزراعي والصناعي، السعي لرفع الصادر عن السودان، حل مشكلة الديون الخارجية ،إعادة هيكله الاقتصاد السوداني، الاهتمام بالصادرات ومحاولة التخلص من المعوقات التي تعيقها، مع إعادة النظر في هيكل الواردات والسعي لحل مشكلة الحصار الاقتصادي المفروض علي السودان من اجل النهوض بالتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان. Abstract The research dealt with the issue of the economic blockade and its effects on economic development in Sudan. The research sought to know what are the effects of the economic blockade imposed on Sudan and to know the reality of the Sudanese economy in order to answer the main study question. There are reasons that led to the occurrence of the economic blockade and the economic blockade that hindered investment fields in Sudan and worked on the failure of economic development in Sudan. The research used the historical, descriptive and analytical method to find out what are the features of the Sudanese economy, what is the reality of economic development in Sudan, what are the causes of the economic blockade in Sudan and what are appropriate solutions to solve the problem of the embargo and advance economic development in Sudan. The importance of the research is that it addresses an important issue, which are the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving economic development in Sudan.
