مرافئ خالد الجيلاني أحمد2023-03-142023-03-142022http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18986بحث تكميلي مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستير في الخدمة الإجتماعيةالمستخلص تناول البحث دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي في الحد من عمالة الأطفال في المجال التعليمي، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما الدور الذي يلعبه الأخصائي الإجتماعي في الحد من عمالة الأطفال من خلال مشروع التعليم مقابل العمل نموذجاً؟، هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن دور الأخصائي الإجتماعي في خفض معدلات العمالة، للكشف عن ظروف العمل التى يشتغل فيها المبحوثين، الكشف عن تلك العوامل المصاحبة للتسرب الدراسي وعدم الالتحاق بالتعليم عند فئات إجتماعية معينة، كما استخدم الباحث الإستبانة والمقابلات التي اجريت مع الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين والاساتذة في المركزين لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدام الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل بيانات مجتمع الدراسة (مركز حلم النيل) حيث بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (50) مفردة بإستخدام المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية في العلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أن تجربة مشروع التعليم مقابل العمل قد نجحت في تقليل عمالة الأطفال ومعالجة المشكلات التي تنتج منها عن طريق ادوار الأخصائي الإجتماعي في المجال التعليمي، أوضحت نتائج البحث أن الأطفال حريصين على مواصلة تعليمهم ويستطيعون التوفيق بين العمل والدراسة، وعدد من التوصيات منها: يجب تعميم تجربة مشروع التعليم مقابل العمل في كل ولايات السودان، تفعيل دور الإعلام لتوعية الأهالي بأهمية التعليم وأحقيته لكل الفئات في المجتمع. Abstract The research dealt with the role of the school social worker in reducing child labor. The research problem was represented in the following main question: What is the role played by the social worker in reducing child labor through the education-for-work project as a model? , The study aimed at trying to reveal the role of the social worker in reducing employment rates, to reveal the working conditions in which the respondents work, and to reveal those factors associated with school dropout and non-enrollment in education for certain social groups. The researcher also used the questionnaire and interviews conducted with social workers. And the professors in the two centers to collect data and information from the study community, and the researcher used in this study the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the data of the study community (Nile Dream Center), where the size of the study sample was (50) individuals using the comprehensive survey of the study community. The data was analyzed by the Statistical Packages Program in Science Social (SPSS) Where the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the experience of the education-for-work project has succeeded in reducing child labor and addressing the problems that result from it through the roles of the social worker in the educational field. And a number of recommendations, including: The experience of the education-for-work project must be generalized in all states of Sudan, activating the role of the media to educate people about the importance of education and its entitlement to all groups in society.الأخصائي الإجتماعيالخدمة الاجتماعيةThesis
