سامية محمد عثمان حامد2017-04-272017-04-272011http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/3448بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في التربية ( تقنيات التعليم )مستخلص البحث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مدي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم علي استخدام تقنيات التعليم في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات بمحافظة نيالا بالسودان , للتعرف علي مدى أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات 0 وقد اعتمدت الباحثة علي المنهج الوصفي لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات , والأسئلة الموجهة لخبراء تدريس الرياضيات وتقنيات التعليم والتدريب , والموجهين الفنيين للرياضيات , والاستبانة لمعلمي الرياضيات , والمنهج التجريبي لمعرفة الفروق بين آراء المعلمين حول أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات 0 وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (58) معلماً ومعلمة تخصص الرياضيات في مدارس محافظة نيالا , الذين إلتحقوا بالبرنامج التدريبي 0 وتكونت عينة المقابلة من ثلاثة من الموجهين الفنيين للرياضيات , ومدير عام إدارة التدريب بوزارة التربية والتعليم , وثلاثة من اختصاصيى تقنيات التعليم , وأحد خبراء المناهج وطرق تدريس الرياضيات 0 بعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها قامت الباحثة بإدخالها في جهاز الحاسوب لإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية عليها 0 وبعد اكتمال عمليات التحليل والمناقشة , توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها :- 1- فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في إكساب معلمي الرياضيات المهارات التدريسية المتعلقة بعناصر المنهج ( الأهداف ، المحتوي ، الوسائل والأنشطة والتقويم ) . 2- فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض مستوي المشكلات التى تواجه معلمي الرياضيات عند استخدام التقنيات أثناء عملية التعليم والتعلم . وفي ضوء هذه النتائج , توصي الباحثة بالآتي :- 3- تدريب معلمي الرياضيات علي استخدام تقنيات التعليم الحديثة لتدريس الرياضيات 0 ABSTRACT The aim of the study is to asses the effectiveness of a training program based on utilization of modern educational technology in developing teaching skills of mathematics teachers in Nyala governorate in the Sudan . It strives to know the effectiveness of a training program based on utilization of modern educational technology in developing teaching skills of mathematics teachers . The researcher followed the analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program in developing teaching skills of mathematics teachers , and the questions raised for the experts of teaching mathematics , educational techniques , training , technical instructors of mathematics , and the questionnaire intended for the teachers of mathematics , and experimental method to evaluate the differences between teachers ideals and orientation to the effectiveness of a training program . Sample of the study consisted of (58) mathematics teachers in the school of Nyala governorate , who joined the training program , in addition three technical instructors of mathematics , a general director of training at The Ministry of education , three educational techniques , one an expert of curriculums and mathematics teaching methods . After the collection and review of the data , these data were entered into the computer for the conducting the statistical processing purposes . After the analysis and argument the researcher reached some results , the most important of which are :- 1- The program is effective in imparting teaching skills to mathematics teachers related to ( objectives , implementation of teaching , means and activities and students performance . 2- The program is effective in imparting teaching skills to mathematics teachers related to lowering the problems facing mathematics teachers 3- there are no statistical significance differences at (=0.05) for the effect of the training program during service on the targets with the difference of experience .تقنيات التعليمتدريب المعلمين
