سنيه حامد محمد رحمه2017-03-222017-03-222016http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/3270بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في علم النّفسمستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث الي معرفة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والتدين لدى مشرفات المجمعات السكنية بولاية الخرطوم، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم اختبار عـينة البحـث من المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية بولاية الخرطوم، وبلغ حجم العينة ( 92) مشرفه، تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة ، ، طبقت الباحثة مقياسي الصلابة النفسية من اعداد عماد محمد مخيمر (2006) ، و التدين من اعداد مهيد محمد المتوكل (2003) بعد التاكد من الخصائص السيكومترية ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية اختبار (ت) لعينة واحد وعينتين وتحليل التباين الاحادي ( انوفا) ومعامل الفاكرونباخ بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية فى العلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS وتمثلت أهم النتائج: يتسم مستوى التدين لدى المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع بدرجة دالة إحصائياً.ويتسم مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع بدرجة دالة إحصائياً. وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية بين المتغيرين الصلابة النفسية والتدين. ولا توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص لدى المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية بولاية الخرطوم. ولا توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية تبعا لسنوات الخبرة لدى المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية ولاية الخرطوم. ولا توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية تبعا للعمر لدى المشرفات بالمجمعات السكنية. وفي الختام قدمت الباحثة توصيات اجرائية ومقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية ومن اهم التوصيات على الصندوق القومي توفير الخدمات التى تساعد المشرفات على أداه واجباتهم على اكمل وجه حتى تزيد الصلابة النفسية لديهم وتوعية المشرفات باهمية مراعاة الفروق الفردية في سمات الشخصية لدى الطالات وأن تختلف المعاملة للطالبات كلا حسب قدراتها واستعدادها . Abstract This research aimed to study the relationship between and psychological rigidity and religiousness among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State. The researcher used descriptive method. The sample of the study consist of female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State, their number is (92) supervisors, they selected by simple random method. The researcher used test of psychological rigidity and test of religiousness to collect the data after insuring the psychometrics properties of tests. The data analyzed by some statistical tests as T-test for one and two samples, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Alpha Cronbach Index, which including in SPSS. The results indicated that: The psychological rigidity among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State is significant statistically high. The religiousness among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State is significant statistically high. There is significant positive correlation relationship between psychological rigidity and religiousness among females supervisors. There are no significant statistical differences in psychological rigidity among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State according to variable of specialization of female supervisors. There are no significant statistical differences in psychological rigidity among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State according to variable of years of experience of female supervisors. There are no significant statistical differences in psychological rigidity among female supervisors of residential centers of female students in Khartoum State according to variable of age of female supervisors. In conclusion the researcher presented some recommendations and future research suggestions.الاشراف النفسي التربوي
