مرام عوض احمد الحاج2018-05-102018-05-102017http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/11874بحث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجستير في تقانة المعلوماتملخص البحث نسبة للتقدم الذي يشهده العالم في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الذي أصبحت المؤسسة تعتمد عليه في بناء سياساتها المختلفة وحتى يستطيع مدير المؤسسة القيام بمهامه بأحدث التقنيات التي تساعده في العمل الإداري.إذ تعرف تكنولوجيا المعلومات بأنها عبارة عن التزاوج بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات أيضاً هي تلك الأدوات التي تستخدم في بناء نظم المعلومات التي تعاون الإدارة على استخدام المعلومات لدعم احتياجاتها في مجال اتخاذ القرارات والعمليات التشغيلية.المشاكل التي يعالجها هذا البحث تقيد عملية الحجز بأيام وساعات العمل الرسميةوضرورة وجود الموظفين للقيام بعملية الحجز و كثرة التكاليف على المجمع بسبب كثرة الموظفين الذين يقومون بعملية الحجز وصعوبة عملية البحث عن الملف الطبي ومتابعة بيانات السجل الطبي و متابعة حالات المرضى في كل ملف طبي خاص بالمريض. ومن أهداف هذا البحث عمل تطبيق ألكتروني خاص بالمجمع وسهولة إجراء عملية البحث عن الملف الطبي و متابعة الحالات المرضية في كل سجل طبي والقدرة على المتابعة الدائمة لبيانات ومعلومات المريض وزيادة العائد للمجمع بسبب قلة الموظفين الذين يقومون بعملية الحجز وسهولة أعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمرضى وسرعة استرجاعها وسهولة اعداد ملف المتابعة اليومي لجميع المرضى في القسم المحدد والقدرة على متابعة ملف الحسابات الخاص بالمريض. وعلى صعيد اخر المنهجية المتبعة وهي منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم الكائني اضافة الى استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML كأداة في التحليل والتصميم واستخدام ADFفي برمجة تطبيق الويب وفي تصميم الموقع الإلكتروني.والنتائج التي جاء بها هذا النظام سهولة الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة لإتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ودقة المعلومات المقدمة من النظام والذي يترتب علية زيادة سرية وتأمين البيانات وبالتالي ازديادسرعة الأداء وتوفير الوقت والجهد للعاملين وسهولة التعامل مع المعلومات الكثيرة و القدرة على أستيعاب التغيرات المستقبلية والتعرف بسهولة على مدخلات ومخرجات النظام. Abstract In relation to the progress of the world in the field of information and communication technology, which has become the institution depends on it in building its various policies and even the director of the institution to carry out its tasks with the latest technologies that help him in the administrative work.Information technology is defined as the mating of information and communication technologies, which are also used to build information systems in which management cooperates in the use of information to support its decision-making and operational needs.The problems that are addressed in this research restrict the booking process days and hours of official work and the presence of staff to make the reservation and the high costs of the complex because of the large number of employees who make the reservation process and the difficulty of searching for medical file and follow up medical record data and follow-up cases of patients in each medical file for the patient .The purpose of this research is to work on the electronic application of the complex and the ease of conducting the search for the medical file and follow-up cases in each medical record and the ability to follow-up the patient's data and information and increase the return to the complex because of the lack of staff who make the booking process and ease of patient reports and the speed of retrieval and ease of preparation The daily follow-up file for all patients in the specified section and the ability to follow the patient's file of accounts.In addition, UML is used as a tool for analysis, design and use of ADF in web application programming and website design.
