Samples were selected, 92 subjects divided into three groups (30 normal, 30 hypermetropic and 32 myopic). The data included vision was tested using Snellen‘s test type (E-test) tampling. Refraction was done objectively and using Streak Retinscope (Heine Beta 200) and subjectively using (trial frame and trail lenses), Focus Dailies One-contact lenses and 1-Day Acuve True Eye lenses was used to correct refractive sate of the eye and Auto Noncontact Tonometer NT-4000 (NIDEK) was used to measure IOP, all measurements were taken pre and post soft contact lenses fitting at a time between (8am to 11am). Calculations include mean, standard deviation and t-test to determine the changes statistically. Paired t-test showed significant value for more than +1.50 D for hypermetropic and not significant value for normal and myopic less than -4.50 D. Conclusions:Non-contact tonometry can be performed with sufficient accuracy over a soft lens for normal subjects, hypermetropic subjects less than +1.50 D, and myopic subjects less than -4.50. Key words: Vision, Intraocular pressure, Soft Contact Lenses, Hypermetropic and Myopic.   الخلاصة الهدفمن البحث:تقييم تأثير العدسات اللاصقه اللينه على قياس ضغط العين، باستخدام جهاز قياس ضغط العين الغير ملامس للعين. تم اختيار 92 شخص لتمثيل عينة الدراسة وتم تقسيمهم على ثلاثة مجموعات على حسب نوع الخطأ الانكساري في العين الى: (30 شخص ليس لديهم اخطاء انكسارية, 30 شخص لديهم طول نظر, 32 شخص لديهم قصر نظر). وتم فحص حدة الابصار بأستخدام لوحه اسنيلين (إي- تيست)، وقيست الاخطاء الانكسارية باستخدام جهاز تخطيط منظار الشبكية. ثم استخدام حامل العدسات والعدسات التجريبيه في فحص التشخيصي. استخدمت العدسات اليوميه لتصحيح الاخطاء الانكساريه ومن ثم قياس ضغط العين باستخدام جهاز قياس ضغط العين الغير ملامس للعين (NT-4000 (NIDEK))، كل القياسات اخذت في الفتره الصباحيه من الساعه 8-11 صباحا. وضح اختبار العينه المزدوجه قيم ذات دلالات احصائية لحالات طول النظر اعلى من 1.50 ديوبتر وعدم وجود قيمه مؤثرهللحلات الطبيعيه وحالات قصر النظر اقل من 04.0 ديوبتر. النتائج: خلصت الدراسة الى ان استخدام قياس ضغط العين الغير ملامس للقرنية يعطي نتائج عالية الدقة عند استخدامه اثناء لبس العدسات اللاصقة اللينة للاشخاص الذين ليس لديهم اخطاء انكسارية, حالات طول النظر اقل من +1.50 ديوبتر , وحالات قصر النظر اقل من – 4.50 ديوبتر. الكلمات المفتاحية: ضغط العين, العدسات اللاصقة اللينة, طول النظر, قصر النظر, جهاز قياس ضغط العين الغير ملامس للقرنية.Intraocular PressureSoft Contact Lenses
