صفاء عبد الله محمود بخيت2023-02-142023-02-142015http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18828بحث مقدم لنيل درجة الماجستير في علوم المكتباتمستخلص الدراسة جامعة النيلين كلية الدراسات العليا كلية الآداب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان الدراسة: مشكلات تطبيق معايير جودة الأداء في المكتبات العامة: دراسة مسحية. اسم الباحثة: صفاء عبدالله محمود اسم المشرف: د. فضل عبدالرحيم عبدالله الدرجة: ماجستير السنة: 2017م تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات تطبيق جودة المعايير في المكتبات العامة؛ وذلك من واقع التطبيق الفعلي للمعايير في المكتبات موضوع الدراسة، والتعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف؛ وتاثير ذلك على خدمات بعض المكتبات العامة في ولايتي الخرطوم وسنار. تناولت الدراسة تعريف ومفهوم معايير جودة الأداء فيما يخص المباني والأثاث والتجهيزات والأطر البشرية. وظفت الباحثة المنهج الوثائقي (التاريخي) وكذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بشقيه المسح ودراسة الحالة، وتجميع وعرض بيانات الدراسة من خلال المقابلة مع المختصين في المكتبات العامة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها اجمالأ أن مباني المكتبات العامة هذه لم تصمم أصلا لتكون مكتبة، وأن الأثاث والتجهزات المختلفة لم تراعي فيها المعايير المعتمدة. وتتركز مشكلات تطبيق المعايير في غياب ثقافة المكتبة العامة في المجتمع، وعدم الاهتمام بها رسمياً من قبل السلطات المحلية وبالمعايير المنظمة لخدماتها، وتطوع الأفراد والمنظمات الطوعية والمؤسسات المالية بهذا الدور، في ظل عدم توفر الشركات التي تهتم بتوفير مستلزمات المكتبات في السودان. ومن أهم توصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي: ضرورة توفير عدد كافي من الموظفين المتخصيصين ومؤهلين في مجال المكتبات، وأيضاً توفير ميزانية مستقلة للمكتبة، والإهتمام بتطبيق المعايير في المكتبات العامة من حيث المباني والأثاث. ه Abstract University in Elneelain Faculty of highest study Faculty of art The libraries and information department Subject studies: The problems of quality performance in the public libraries Researcher name: Safa Abd Allah Mahmmud.
