منصور الشـيخ أحمد إدريس منصور الشـيخ أحمد إدريس منصور الشـيخ أحمد إدريس منصور الشـيخ أحمد إدريس2022-08-282022-08-282019http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/17335بحث لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في علم الإجتماعمستخلص الدراسة باللغة العربية: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور مراكز الشباب في تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية ، وتلقي الدراسة الضوء على إحدى وسائل المشاركة المجتمعية مراكز الشباب بولاية الخرطوم من حيث وجودها ودورها وأهميتها والمعوقات والمشاكل المتعلقة بها وتسعى الدراسة الى تزويد المسؤلين والقائمين بمعلومات كافية عن هذه المراكز وهي مركز شباب السجانة وسوبا غرب والشجرة وبحري وأمدرمان والجريف شرق وحلة كوكو بالاضافة الى توعية الشباب والاهالى بأهمية دور مراكز الشباب في تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج المسح الاجتماعي الميداني بالاعتماد على دراسة المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة والمقابلة والاستبانة والملاحظة بالمشاركة ، كذلك قام الباحث بإجراء الدراسة على عينة من عضوية مراكز الشباب بالاضافة الى اجراء مقابلات مع مدراء مراكز الشباب واللجان الشعبية بالاحياء السكنية بولاية الخرطوم ، واستشهد الباحث ببعض النظريات أهمها النظرية البنائية الوظيفية والدراسات السابقة ، ومن أهم النتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة ، أن معظم المبحوثين مستواهم التعليمي ثانوي ولعل ذلك يدل على أن معظم مرتادي مراكز الشاب من الشباب الذين لم يصلوا مرحلة التعليم الجامعي ويعني ذلك أن هنالك فاقد تربوي وبالتالي توجد فجوة تعليمية نحتاج الى سدها بأنشطة تدريبية يتعلم من خلالها الشباب المهارات الحياتية التي تعينه في سبيل كسب العيش ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن مراكز الشباب لاتلبي احتياجات الشباب التدريبية، وضعف البرامج الدينية الموجه للشباب ، وضعف مشاركة الشباب المجتمعية والسياسية، كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة غياب روح الوطنية بين الشباب والقيادات السياسية أدى الى تفاقم الأزمات على مراكز الشباب . توصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تكون مراكز الشباب بيئة جامعة وجاذبة للشباب بتوفير كل المناشط الرياضية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتدريبية وملء أوقات الفراغ، وتوصي الدراسة بإنشاء أمانة للتدريب بمراكز الشباب لصقل مواهب الشباب، وأن تكون التربية الوطنية منهج يدرس ويدرب عليها الشباب حتى تغرس فيهم قيم المواطنة وحب الوطن، وضرورة تعيين أخصائي نفسي واجتماعي بمراكز الشباب. Abstract This study aims at investigating the role of the youth centers in developing the societal participation .The study discusses number of questions among them is philosophy and the underlying objectives of the establishment of youth centers , do youth centers meet youth educational and training needs ? are the constituents of the societal psychological health available in the youth centers ? What is the extent of youth societal and political participation and its impact on the local communitydevelopment ? For the study of this subject matter the researcher used the descriptive / analytical method which is consistent with the nature of the study .Moreover the researcher quoted some theories and the salient one is the functional structuralism theory and some previous studies . The interviewees from the youth centers in Khartoum state were investigated through the use of the data collection tools such as the questionnaire , interview and observation and the testing of the systematic random sample from the research population . The researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS) for the analysis of the data which were drawn through the use of the questionnaire .Among the important findings of the study is that youth centers were established for the purpose of employing ,developing and building of youth capabilities and graduating useful and competent youth for the society . The findings of the study proved that there is an educational drop out and consequently there is an educational gap which its bridging requires training activities through which youth will learn living skills which will assist them in their livelihood . The findings of the study revealed that youth centers do not meet youth training needs ,besides the weakness of the religious programs which are directed towards the youth ,the weakness of youth societal and political participation .The findings also proved the lack of the patriotic spirit among the youth and the political leaderships leads to the exacerbation of the crises on the youth centers.The study recommends the necessity for the youth centers to act as an attractive and gatherer environment for the youth through the provision of all the sport ,social ,cultural and training activities ,and filling the leisure times . Furthermore, the study recommends the establishment of a training secretariat at the youth centers for the cultivation of youth talents ;and that patriotic should be placed as a curriculum to be taught to the students and for their training so as to implant therein the citizenship values and the homeland love and patriotism ,and the necessity of appointment of a psychological and social specialist in the youth centers.المشاركة المجتمعيةمراكز الشبابThesis
