فردوس عمر عثمان2016-03-022016-03-022009http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/1633مستخلص الدراسة باللغة العربية الجامعة : النيلين الكلية : الدراسات العليا – كلية الداب القسم : المكتبات والمعلومات 8 عنوان الرسالة : اثر النشر اللكتروني على المكتبات الجامعية بولية الخرطو م : دراسة تطبيقية على مكتبات جامعات الخرطو م والنيلين وعلو م التقانة. الباحث : فردوس عمر عثمان عبد الرحمن المشرف : د. عباس الشاذلي عوض الكريم الدرجة العلمية : الدكتورا ه عدد الصفحات : 307 صفحه العا م الدراسي : 2009 م/2010 م تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في أنه ، ما عادت وسائل النشر التقليد ي هي الوسيلة المناسبة والملئمة في عصر انتشرت فيه وسائل التقانة الحديثة وتمددت فيه الفضائيات وأصبح العالم غرفة صغيرة ، لجل هذا وغير ه كان لبد للمكتبات عموماً والجامعية على وجه الخصوص أن تساير هذ ه الطفرة العلمية وألّ تتخلف عن مواكبة ومسايرة ركب الثورة العلمية التكنولوجية الهائلة ، لذلك تناولت الدراسة موضوع النشر اللكتروني وأثر ه على المكتبات الجامعية بولية الخرطو م دراسة تطبيقية على مكتبات جامعات الخرطو م والنيلين وعلو م التقانة. تنبع أهمية الدراسة من أن المساهمة في النتاج الفكر ي السوداني في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات من خلل النشر اللكتروني يمثل أهمية كبرى للعاملين في حقل المكتبات والمعلومات . هدفت الدراسة إلي :- 1 -تبيــان الــدور الــذ ي تلعبــه الشــبكة العالميــة للمعلومــات ( INTERNET (فـي قضـية النشـر العلمـي اللكـتروني وإمكانيـة استفادة المكتبات الجامعية ومراكز المعلومات من هذ ه الشبكة العالمية . 2 -الــدعوة إلــي تطــوير خــدمات المكتبــات والمعلومــات إلــي خدمات إلكترونية والتي تـوفر وصـولً آليـاً سـريعاً للمعلومـات المطلوبة وذلك بإدخال المصادر اللكترونية . 3 -الهتما م بالنشر اللكتروني والذ ي يساهم في تحقيـق أغـراض متعددة أكثرها البحث العلمي والدراسات الكاديمية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المراجعة النظرية للنتاج الفكر ي باللغتين النجليزية والعربية وذلك وفق المنهج الوثائقي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي . شملت الدراسة الميدانية عينه عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلب الدراسات العليا في ثلث من الجامعات هي ( الخرطو م – النيلين وعلو م التقانة ) من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : 4 -أهمية معرفة النشر اللكـتروني للطلب والبـاحثين والمسـتفيدين والتأكيــد علـى أنــه قـد أثـر علـى ثقافــة الطـالب الجـامعي وكـذلك معرفـة شـبكة المعلومـات العالمية (INTERNET. ( 9 5 -النشر اللكتروني ساهم في إنجاز الكثير من البحوث العلمية وبشكل سـريع ومـع ذلـك لـم يقلـل مـن أهميـة مصادر المعلومات الورقية . 6 -تطوير خـدمات المكتبـات ومراكـز المعلومـات إلـي خدمات إلكترونية يوفر وصولً سريعاً للمعلومات . من أهم توصيات هذ ه الدراسة : 7 -يجب أن تهتـم الدولـة اهتمامـاً كـبيراً بقضـية البحـث العلمـي وتــوفير المــال اللز م لــذلك ، وتهيئــة المنــاخ الملئــم وتشــجيع كــثيرً الباحثين على استخدا م هذا النوع من النشر الــذ ي يســاعد ا في اللما م بالمعلومـة العلميـة الحديثـة وكـذلك ل بـد مـن تنميـة الـوعي العـا م بأهميـة التقنيـات الحديثـة وضـرورة التعـاون بيـن إلكتروني . ً المؤسسات ا 8 -الهتما م ببناء الشبكة المحلية ( Network Area Local ) LAN للمكتبات الجامعية وذلك لتسهيل خدمات البحث وتبــادل مصــادر المعلومــات ، ولتمكنهــا مــن المشــاركة فــي مشــروع المكتبــة الفتراضـية الـتي ستضـم جميـع مؤسسـات التعليـم العـالي فـي السودان . ختمت الدراسة بخلصة تتمثل في: إن المكتبات عموماً والجامعية أو البحثية على وجه الخصوص ستجد نفسها ملزمة بالسير في طريق التطور والمتابعة بغية تنفيذ برامج تخد م روادها بشكل يتناسب وتطورات العصر ويصل بها دائماً إلي هؤلء الرواد في أماكنهم فيصبح مفهو م الرتياد يتجاوز الحضور الجسماني إلى مبنى المكتبة المحسوس بكثير . 10 ABSTRACT Republic of Sudan Ministry of Higher Education And Scientific Research Elneelain Universityُ .College of post –graduate –Faculty of Arts .Libraries & information Dept Title: The effect of Electronic publication on University libraries in Khartoum state :An applied study on libraries of (U of Kh ,El-Neelain, Science of technology, universities) By: Fardous Omer Osman Supervisor: Dr. Abbas Alshazali Awad- alkareem .Degree PhD Pages :307 .Date:2009-2010 The study problem is exemplified in the fact that the traditional means of publication are no longer the only role and suitable at a time in which the modern means of publicity have spread out and occupied its place over and over and the world have become a small village . For this reason , the study handled the electronic publication and its effect on the University libraries in Khartoum state subject of course to an applied study dealing with the universities of Khartoum as well as El-Neelain and technology of .sciences The importance of this study springs from the fact that the participation in intellectual productivity in the Sudan over the field libraries and information through the electronic publication exemplifies a major importance for those working in the field of . libraries and information : The study has targeted the following Bringing forward the role the internet plays in the publication - cause of scientific nature and electronic and the possibility of . making use of the information of this internet This is an invitation to develop the services of libraries andinformation to electronic services that will provide a contact for fast . information wanted by electronic resources 11 To take care of the electronic publication that will participate in thesame cause and will take part in realizing the several purposes , most of which are summarized in scientific research and academic . studies The study depend on the theoretical review for intellectualproductivity in both English and Arabic languages .According to documental and analytical descriptive approaches .
