العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لإرتكاب المرأة للجريمة (دراسة حالة دار التائبات، سجن أمدرمان )

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة جريمة المرأة والمتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وراء ارتكابها، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دوافع ارتكاب المرأة للجريمة، كذلك التعرف على أنواع الجرائم التي ترتكبها النساء السودانيات، كما هدفت الدراسة الى الخروج بتوجهات تساهم في حل المشكلة. استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وذلك لوصف حالة النزيلات والوقوف على المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أدت بهم الى ارتكاب الجرائم، والملاحظة والاستبيان لجمع المعلومات. كما استخدمت الباحثة الطريقة الإحصائية وذلك لجمع معلومات عن الظاهرة وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها. ومن أهم العوامل المؤديةلارتكاب الجرائم وهو تدهور الحالة الاقتصادية، وأن الجرائم تكثر في مرحلة الشباب، فكلما تقدم عمر المرأة كلما قل إجرامها،كما اثبتت الدراسه ان هناك علاقة بين المتغيرات الاجتماعية والجريمة وذلك من حيث تفكك الروابط الاسرية والبيئة الاجتماعية المحيطة . ومن أهم التوصيات التي قدمتها الباحثة بضرورة تعميق دور الأسرة وبناءها في المجتمع وذلك لبناء جيل واعي مدرك لمسئوليته ودوره في هذه المرحلة، نشر التعليم وغرس القيم النبيلة وسط المجتمع. كما أوصت الباحثة بوضع برنامج إسعافي لكل الأسر الفقيرة والمحتاجة حتى لا تضطر النساء للعمل في أطراف المدن حيث السكن العشوائي وأوكار الجريمة.

Abstract The study focus on the women's crime and the social and economical changes and their commit for the crime and the main goal from this study is t o know how the women commit the crime and which kind of crimes that Sudanese woman does and also come out b y solutions which can contribute in solving this problem. the researcher uses in this study the descriptive approach to describe and check the social and economical changes that lead the women t o commit the crime also uses the observation and questionnaire to collect the information moreover the researcher uses in this study the statistical approach to gather data from the events and analysis this data. The important recommendations that the researcher come out with is t o create community without crimes and build responsible and aware generation in this stage to be. It’s main role is to make the community educated and cultivate the values and the principles among the individuals of the society Furthermore to focus deeply on the r ole of the family in developing the generations and one of these recommendations is to make program which can help the poor families and doesn't let them go to the work in the cities and live on the random places.
