اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة وعلاقتها بالمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور

Abstract

المستخلص هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على إضطراب ما بعد الصدمه وعلاقتها المسؤلية الإجتماعية لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور، حيث إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي ، وتم إختيار عينة البحث من النازحين بمعسكر النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (300) شخص ( ذكور – اناث) تتراوح أعمارهم بين (20-50) وتم أختيارهم عن طريق المعاينة العشوائية البسيطة، أما المقاييس التي استخدمها الباحث فهي ( مقياس إضطراب ما بعد الصدمه) و( مقياس المسؤلية الإجتماعية ) ، كما إستخدم الباحث برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) بغرض تحليل البيانات. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في أن تتسم إضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور بالإرتفاع ، كما تتسم المسؤلية الإجتماعية لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور بالإرتفاع ، توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين إضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور والمسؤلية الإجتماعية، توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في المسؤلية الإجتماعية لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور تبعا لمتغير النوع ( ذكور – اناث) لصالح الاناث، توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في إضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور تبعاً لمتغير العمر، يوجد فروق تفاعلية بين الحالة الإجتماعية والنوع ينعكس على إضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة لدى النازحين بولاية غرب دارفور، وفي الختام تقدم الباحث بتوصيات إجرائية أهمها ضرورة توفير كوادر ارشادية من ذوي الخبرة لتفعيل جوانب التوجيه والإرشاد للنازحين من قبل وزارة الصحة، والعمل على توفير الرعاية والحماية التامة لأسر النازحين للتقليل من انتشار درجة اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، إهتمام منظمات المجتمع المدني بالتوعية ورفع كاهل المعانه التى توجد داخل المعسكرات. ومقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية.

Abstract This research aimed to discover the relationship between Post traumatic disorder an the social responsibility among IDP (Internal Displays mean People) in west Dar fur com[s, the resent used descriptive the sample of the research about (300) selected by simple random sample to collect data the research used PTSD Post Traumatic Asters Disorder and social responsibility scale and the data analysis by SPSS (Social Package for Social Science ) and the result as follow. Social responsibility among IDB, is high, also there is high degree in PTSD Scale among IDB there is significant carnation relationship between PTSD and social respond senility among IDB. There are significant statically differences in social responsibility arribute to gender also there are significant statistical differences in PTS Dattudet to ge. Thpre is introduction between gender and unreality status reflection on PTSD fans ally the research put some recomm dation and suggestion for future research. The recommendation to strength the need to provide staff with Ar-akihmn kbrh to activate aspects of guidance and counseling for People displaced by the Ministry of Health to work no he profiles displaced from the spread of the degree of post-traumatic stress disorder. The attention of civil society or ganizcetion to raise awareness and burden of suffering that exist within the camps an proposals puffier research sense of social responsibility by participating them in camps management offairs. Also to activate the role of counselors to rosewood to emergences and disasters.
