Abstract

المستخلص: مدخل: تتميز تقنية الهاتف المحمول عن غيرها بقدرتها على إحداث تحوُّل في طريقة التواصل فيما بين الناس وتأثيرها الإيجابي على اقتصادياتهم ومجتمعاتهم التي يعيشون فيها, حيث ازداد انتشار المحمول زيادة شديدة على مدى السنوات القليلة الماضية فاقت نسبته 100 % في كثير من البلدان العربية والتي جعلت من الهواتف المحمولة قوة هائلة بوصفها بوابات للعالم الإلكتروني وفي ظل هذا الانتشار والتوجه الالكتروني تجابه عامة الناس مشاكل في الازدحام المروري الذي يحدث في الطرق والكباري في المدن الكبري وصعوبة ايجاد الطرق البديلة والانسب للخروج من الاختناق المروري وايضا عدم معرفة السائقين بالطوارئ التي تؤدي الي اختناق او ازدحام مروري والذي بدوره يؤدي الي شلل تام في حركة المرور لذا تم تطوير تطبيق يساعد في تيسير حركة السيارات داخل المدن بكل سهولة ويسر عبر توفير معلومات منعطف بمنعطف عن الطرق وتحديد الطريق الانسب والاقصر وتجنب اماكن الزحام وتمت برمجته من خلال (CORDOVA FRAMEWORK) وهو عبارة عن (cross platform)ومن اهم النتتائج التي توصل اليها بحثنا هذا هي تحديد اماكن الزحام وتيسير حركة المرور واختيار الطريق الانسب وايضا اهم التوصيات هي امكانية اضافة خاصية تصوير المواقع المزدحمة وكذلك اضافة الاشعارات التنبيهية .

Abstract: Mobile phone technology is distinguished from others by its ability to make a shift in the way of communication between people and its positive impact on their economies and societies in which they live, where the mobile spread has increased dramatically over the past few years exceeding 100% in many Arab countries that have made mobile phones Tremendous power as gates to the electronic world. In light of this spreading and Electronic orientation, most nations face problems in traffic congestion that occurs in roads and bridges in major cities, the difficulty of finding alternative and most appropriate ways to get out of traffic congestion, and also lack of knowledge Emergency that faces the drivers which lead to traffic congestion, as well as leading to complete paralysis of traffic, according to that an application was developed to facilitate the movement of cars within cities by providing real time information of the roads and identifying the most appropriate and shortest route and avoiding the places of crowding and it was programmed through (CORDOVA FRAMEWORK) It is a (CROSS PLATFORM), and one of the most important results of this research is to determine the places of crowding and facilitate traffic and choose the most appropriate street, our recommendations are the possibility of adding the feature of taking picture of crowding locations as well as adding alert notifications.
